Excellent house, well maintained and clean. Owner obviously takes pride in their place. Clean, well stocked with kitchen items, comfortable with lots of seating, air conditioning worked well. Pool was excellent and cool for the hot days. Communication was excellent except for a small misunderstanding on the check-in procedure - very responsive. Highly recommended.

Luciano's apartment is impeccable. Everything new and tidy, comfortable beds? Clean clothes and towels. The property is decorated with great taste, every corner of the wall has a detail. The apartment is very well located, it is on a main street, close to a church, supermarket, bakery, and the São João village. Luciano is very kind, he welcomed us personally and made us feel at home!

Super cozy, my family and I felt at home. Super-equipped rooms and in the bathroom there was even hotel soap and shampoo, very thoughtful! The outside is also super nice, ventilated and well located in the city, great experience!

The space corresponds to what is in the photos. The host was very helpful and quickly resolved the replacement of the shower that malfunctioned during the stay. I didn't realize that the listing didn't include the supply of towels (pay attention to this detail), but Diego still "broke the branch" and lent towels.

The place is as described, accommodates well and is located in a large condominium. I rented it to an event in the city and the location is great. Gerlane was flexible about the entry and exit times.
