Small independent rural house in Andalusian style on an olive farm, 100 meters from the owners' house. The house is organized into a large studio with separate bathroom and equipped kitchen, with a large private terrace with deckchairs and barbecue. Our finca has only one rental unit: use of the swimming pool is therefore reserved for guests only. We also have dogs who live on the property and they love our guets : so it's important to love dogs too! They sleep inside the owner´s house.

La Carlota is located in the Cordoba countryside 30 km. from the capital and between 20-30 km. from villages such as Santaella, Almodovar, Ecija ...

In the middle of nature, only 500 m. from Coripe station (Vía Verde de la Sierra); upstairs, from the wooden porch, there is a spectacular panoramic view of the area (cyclable route of the Vía, Sierra de Algodonales). It has 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 1 bedroom with bunk beds( recommended for children) living room, equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms, one of them in master bedroom. The house is located two minutes from the village, where you can find supermarkets, pharmacies, health center, restaurants and all the services. Private parking space is available. Also, it has sunbathing hammocks and a barbecue.

Great one-story townhouse. In a residential neighborhood just at the entrance to the Roman bridge, a 5-minute walk from the historic center. With easy parking in the area. Very nice and cozy house where you can rest and enjoy a few days in our city. Stroll around without having to take the car to visit the historic city center with a supermarket next door and places to eat nearby.

Teresa's place

The newly constructed building is located in Plaza de las Cañas. In a ten minute walk, you can enter in the old quarter of the city and reach the Mosque, the Archaeological Museum, the Fine Arts Museum and the Museum of Julio Romero. We do not recommend coming by car, as the traffic in the area is restricted. Nevertheless, we known public parkings near by.
