The house has a parking space, bbq, outdoor shower and a patio. On the ground floor kitchen, living room and bathroom. On the first floor two bedrooms for a total of 5 beds + a cot with sides. Stairs are not suitable for old people and kids have to be watched carefully. Table tennis, SUP and bike are available. Beach, market, restaurants and pizzerias within walking distance. Beachfront fantastic with terasse

What a location! Right on the beach which is great with kids. Public parking directly on the street of the apartment. Street, however, is the access to the beach, so be careful and park your car near the wall. There are some good restaurants in the area, but the walk is about 20-30 minutes. But it didn't bother us. The location directly on the beach means that there are also people on the beach in the evening, which occasionally brings with it a certain level of noise. Hardly any foreign tourists on site, but many warm and nice Italians. We enjoyed it very much.

Very nice house. It was easy to get to Rome and to the beach. The host is very responsive and helpful. We got a nice welcome to the house with a little tour and everything we needed to know. Overall a great experience and I would recommend.

Beach House near Rome – Family & Pet Friendly

The beach house was very clean and came fully equipped with all you need. We were welcomed by her son who was friendly and helpful. The only issue was the barking dog next door however, it was understandable that he was protecting his home. The market and restaurant was within walking distance. We enjoyed ourselves and it was good to be out of the city where it was less hectic! We recommend this lovely home for travelers with a family!

The apartment is located right in the center with a wonderful view of both the center and the sea, at night even more beautiful, restaurants, music and people, then the sea that feels very illuminated, the house is cozy, spacious, bright and clean, air conditioning that fans, we had a great time as at our home, Alessio is very helpful and kind. Honest price given the excellent conditions. 5 stars. Thanks Alessio

Wonderful house, superior to any expectation. Large, super clean, equipped with everything and you don't feel like a vacation home, but a loved and well-kept place. A special mention to the bathroom, which in addition to being very spacious has a spectacular shower! Garden and covered patio are equally well cared for and very enjoyable, you can have lunch outdoors in the middle of the greenery and in total tranquility. We did not have the pleasure of meeting Claudia, but her formidable parents welcomed us not only with the courtesy that is allowed to be expected, but with sincere warmth (thank you again Rita for your exquisite donkey and Aldo for the plant). They were available for anything and, at the same time, are people of absolute discretion and respect for the confidentiality of guests. We've rarely felt so good! We highly recommend staying with them.
