Raúl is a fantastic host, even before we had arrived he asked us if we needed anything fetching from the shops as we had a late arrival. He was super helpful and friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The house is lovely, spacious and within walking distance to all amenities and the beach! The hot tub is an added bonus and value for money at €60 per week. It was a stressful time for as we had just made the permanent move to Spain but we couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome! Thank you! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastisk opphold! Vi hadde et kjempefint opphold i denne leiligheten! Den var moderne, ren og veldig godt utstyrt – alt vi trengte var på plass. Kjøkkenet hadde godt med utstyr, senger og sofa var komfortable, og det var deilig med aircondition. Bassengområdet var nydelig og godt vedlikeholdt, perfekt for både avslapning og en forfriskende dukkert. Beliggenheten var også super – rolig og fredelig, men fortsatt nær butikker, restauranter og strand. Verten var hjelpsom og lett å kommunisere med hele veien. Anbefales på det varmeste 👍

Very well located for all the sites of interest. Everything is in a few minutes walking distance. Would recommend.

Just back from a lovely stay here. Can’t fault anything.

The villa is beautiful and fully equipped with everything you could need, there are lots of lovely social areas, so with 7 adults and 4 children it still felt very spacious. The beach is a very short walk down a quiet road and there is a great restaurant with beautiful views. There are plenty of eating options around and a supermarket nearby (a very useful wheely trolley is provided in the house!). Leif and Sylwie, were really helpful and great at communicating. We had a great stay and would highly recommend.

Wow! After spending a week here visiting a friend this place was great and had everything I needed and more. The place was spotless, great location as was right by the pool and wasn’t too far of a walk to the main square which allowed you to cool off from the Spanish sun at night! Entire place is well furnished with all the amenities you could need for a stay here for both short and long stays. Furniture is modern and well maintained and the roof terrace is incredible and plenty of seating if you were to host an evening here. Will definitely be booking here again if I come back. Alquilamos el apartamento de Mercedes por una semana y en general la experiencia fue muy buena. El apartamento estaba en perfectas condiciones, con preciosas vistas y todo muy limpio. Cada vez que necesitábamos un utensilio o aparato x, lo encontrábamos sin problema. Nos sorprendió gratamente que no entrasen mosquitos ni con las ventanas abiertas por la noche, aún así, disponíamos de enchufes y sprays antimosquitos, lo cual se agradece. Sin embargo, hubo un par de detalles que nos habría gustado saber de antemano: no se nos avisó de que la piscina estaría en obras toda la semana. Fue una pena, ya que era un servicio (incluido en el total) que en su día valorábamos mucho a la hora de escoger alojamiento y que, finalmente, no pudimos disfrutar. Además, el ventilador de techo no funcionaba correctamente con el mando: se podía encender la luz, pero no conseguimos que llegara a dar aire. A pesar de estos aspectos, es un muy buen apartamento para pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas y cómodas.

Fina our host, who is ultra friendly and couldn’t be more helpful, was quick to respond for any questions and cooked us all (12 guests) a fabulous paella . We were delighted to receive fresh eggs every morning to make a large Spanish omelette enjoyed by all. The swimming pool was cleaned every morning before we got up. It’s a fab place for a large family gathering.

We had a pleasant stay. The place was very clean and beautifully decorated. William was always responsive and helpful. Thank you William!

El alojamiento era perfecto para pasar unos días cerca de la costa, sin el agobio del tráfico y gente que suele haber en primera línea de playa. La zona residencial era muy tranquila, y pudimos descansar bien por las noches. A mediados de junio la piscina solía estar vacía, o con muy poca gente, así que también la aprovechamos bastante por las tardes. Pudimos aparcar en la misma puerta todos los días, y en algunas zonas había árboles con sombra para dejar el coche. La terraza es pequeña, pero suficiente para sentarse a desayunar o cenar tranquilamente. Como el apartamento es pequeño, el aire acondicionado lo enfría muy rápidamente. Pero sin duda, lo mejor del alojamiento fue la comunicación con la anfitriona (Tais), que además nos dejó varios detalles en la nevera para nuestra llegada. Muchas gracias! 😊

We waren enthousiast over het verblijf, dat we het gelijk met een week hebben verlengd. De trappen waren de eerste dagen voor mij een hele uitdaging ( net 2 maanden na een knie operatie ) , maar zijn wel een goede training geweest. Het zicht op de Middellandse Zee is fenomenaal

Tuvimos una muy buena experiencia en este alojamiento. El piso está completamente amueblado y equipado con electrodomésticos, cuenta con un baño en excelentes condiciones y una habitacion con dos camas individuales, además de un sofá cama grande y muy cómodo. La zona es excelente y tranquila, ideal para descansar, y la amplia terraza fue un gran plus. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien. El alojamiento también incluye toallas y todo lo necesario para ir a la playa, lo cual fue muy práctico. Bryan fue un anfitrión muy atento y se comunicó muy bien con nosotros. Como llegábamos tarde, tuvo la amabilidad de dejarnos las llaves en un lugar seguro para poder recogerlas sin problema. Todo funcionó perfectamente. Sin duda, lo recomendaríamos.

Logement bien équipé, fidèle à la description. Les produits managers de base disponible sont un plus. Suffisamment de serviettes, oreillers supplémentaires, torchons de cuisines. Equipement de cuisine assez complet. Quartier calme, immeuble aussi. Accès à pied à la plage.

Excelente ubicación. Muy limpio y confortable. Todos los sitios históricos estaban en el vecindario. Volvería siempre que viaje a Cartagena. Recomiendo esta propiedad al 100%.

We had a really pleasant stay at the apartment in Los Urrutias with all of the amenities we could need. The apartment was easy to find with plenty of free nearby parking and friendly neighbours. Right on the waterfront and close to the nearby bars, restaurants and small shops for groceries, but with quiet evenings for a peaceful sleep. Dave and Bryan were lovely hosts; very friendly and answered all of our questions quickly.

We couldn't have chosen a better place to start our vacation than Villa Mar. Diego was proactive in communicating with us. Villa Mar was just as described and in the peaceful location of Bolnuevo. Getting to fall asleep to the waves of the Mediterranean was an added bonus. If we are in this part of Spain again, we would definitely stay here again.

Logement très agréable et au calme à proximité de la mer. Quelques petits détails sont appréciables (savon, shampoing et lessive) . Le stationnement dans la rue fut facile (hors saison) . Les indications d'accès au logement sont claires et la communication avec l'hôte sans problème.

Increíble tanto el trato como la estancia, repetiré seguro, todo un placer disfrutar de la ciudad y del apartamento.
