The house has two en-suite bedrooms (air conditioning in only one), a half bathroom, a large living and dining room with a 55” TV, internet, and a super-spacious L-shaped balcony. We have a gourmet space with a barbecue area and Pool table on the balcony. It is very well located in a well-developed neighborhood (Coronel Antonino, Monte Castelo). Electric gate, outdoor security cameras, one double bed, and 3 single beds.

We have a full kitchen for you to prepare your meals along with a combined living room where you have TV with internet and Netflix. One bedroom with a super king bed and a comfortable bathroom with bath products such as shampoo, conditioner and soap, as well as towels. Outside we have a gourmet area with a wood stove and barbecue, a private pool and an area with a fireplace.
