The listing and photos correspond exactly to reality! Check-in can be done on a flexible schedule, we arrive at 11pm. The room is huge, with a large window, private balcony, private bathroom, everything was super smelly and clean, with impeccable sheets. I felt in 19th century Europe. Amazing every detail, from the furniture, chandelier and even every decoration item. Even the bathroom is decorated! It is visible how the host Ms. Anahi is capricious. In fact, the hostess deserves compliments aside, left water, cups and biscuits for our arrival. It allowed the use of the refrigerator and showed us the whole house. We were super comfortable and we felt at home. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

I felt comfortable in Catarina's house from the beginning. I was able to use all the facilities in the house: secure parking, kitchen, WiFi, ... washing machine. In the area there are many great, different restaurants, cafeterias, supermarkets => Catarina's recommendations helped me a lot. Had the impression that it is a very safe location. Will come again any time!

Dalmir's place is beautiful. The space is cozy. The bath is hot, which was wonderful as it was cold. The room served me well, the bed is comfortable and the place is quiet. I went to an event at UfMS and Dalmir's place is very close by. He also works as an Uber, so he helped me a lot to be able to take the races with him, as he took me everywhere, with great care with my schedules (which is very rare). The breakfast was very good. Dalmir has always made the coffee so we can make it before we left. I was able to do some laundry that I was going to wear at the event, which also helped me a lot. About Dalmir, he is a great host, always answers every question, very polite, friendly and cheerful. I traveled alone and the location is super safe. I arrived at dawn and Dalmir waited for me and picked me up at the bus station. My experience was wonderful. I highly recommend the place. Many thanks for everything Dalmir.

The stay with Chris was wonderful. The accommodation is spacious, clean and comfortable. The hostess is very helpful and attentive, in addition, the apartment is well located, has bakery, supermarket, pizzeria, pizzeria, pharmacy and açaí nearby, you can solve all this on foot and save. I went to do a contest, and it was a great choice, as I had peace of mind before and after race. Com ctz if I had to go back to the big field I would choose a stay with Cris.

Great choice for my feriadão. The neighborhood is very beautiful and quiet, and it is also close to a mall, which is quite useful. The building is modern and easy to access. I didn't use the garage, but it was available. The apartment is also new, spacious and comfortable and is totally suitable for a couple. In short, I definitely recommend it.
