Very good apartment with a very good location too! Easy check-in and a very welcoming and attentive host. Just one important observation is that depending on the route you are going to take, the GPS may indicate that you pass through the favela.

A great place for those who want to shop in 25 de Março and Brás. It is in front of the subway access to Luz station, which makes it very easy to get around.

The environment is really as described in the advertisement (cozy, beautiful and organized). The host responded quickly and clarified all our doubts. The concierge team is also very helpful, attentive and kind. Regarding the neighborhood's safety... there are many homeless people and drug users scattered around the square (something common in any Brazilian state), but just be cautious and don't fool around. Finally, the stay was good and I would possibly stay in the same place again.

The apartment and building facilities are identical to the photos. The host helps with directions to the subway, iFood, restaurants, bakery. It has an iron and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. It has a beautiful view even though it's in São Paulo. Great gym, it also has a heated pool. It was so cold that we didn't even need the air conditioning. The bath is wonderful and there is a grocery store, a snack bar on the ground floor of the building. I highly recommend it and it will already be a point of support in the next trips to SP.

Simply great! The house offers a very pleasant environment for a family or friends getaway. Super well-equipped, comfortable, cozy and beautiful! Communication with Rafael and Raquel was great, they were always available with a huge willingness! The beach tennis court is very good and the sand is better than many courts out there. Everything is very well taken care of. The heated pool was successfully used by adults and children. The additional services offered are excellent! We recommend the barbecue, pizza night and the housekeeper, who cooks very well! Super discreet and makes the experience even better. Our experience at the house was impeccable!
