The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Casa Stellino 33 – The sea right outside your door

Casa Stellino 33 is in the heart of the historic center of Portoferraio, on one of the oldest streets of the Medici city that still preserves one of the last pink limestone pavements. A few steps from the Medici walls, Forte Stella and Villa dei Mulini. You can also walk to the main beaches (Le Viste, Le ghiaie, La Padulella) and all services such as pharmacy, restaurants/bars, the port and bus stop. The tower was already on maps of the 16th century as Torre di Poggio and in the 18th century as a customs office for the merchandise from the sea.
