We are a 6/7 minute drive from the beaches of M.di Campo, Cavoli, Fetovaia, etc.Our country has, in the center , a small medieval village and around other ancient historical sites. It is at an altitude of 220 m , nearby there are forests that give an alternative to the day at the beach . From P.le Belvedere you can see the islands of Giglio, Pianosa , Montecư and Argentario...... Given the altitude, the temperature is always pleasant. The Casa del Poggio (house at the hill) is located in the hills of Castagneto Carducci and is part of our organic farm. It is immersed in a peaceful countryside surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and woodland and enjoys a beautiful view of the sea and the castle of Castagneto Carducci. At the same time its position allows you to reach the village in just 10 minutes by foot and the beaches of Marina di Castagneto in 10 minutes by car or bus.

The Tower Above the Sea

La Torre is one of two ancient watchtowers in the beautiful village of Marciana Marina. The tower was already marked as Torre di Poggio on maps of the 16th century and converted into a customs office for the merchandise of lake in the 18th century. In 2023, the tower was remodeled by an interior designer. The result is a synergy of ancient remains and modern comforts. The unique location just above the water makes every stay an experience.

This is the largest apartment and consists of a kitchen and two bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Cosy house at Porto Azzurro

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons, but can have place for 6. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
