We are in the main house on the property & have kids and friends over so there is activity. The entrance to the apartment and the back deck are private. If you plan to bring your own boat to use from Maggie's dock, contact the Lake Bowen Warden Office to obtain boat sticker. Boat rentals are also available. Starting June 15, 2021-Spartanburg County Occupancy tax is 3% for each night.
