This apartment, part of a building of three apartments owned by my family, is ideal for couples who want to explore the city, residing in the historic center. The Farm House is a recently renovated apartment located in a farm in Guidonia, only 30 km far from Rome and few minutes driving from Tivoli. The apartment is on the second floor and can accommodate max 4 people and has of 2 bedrooms, a livingroom with kitchen corner a bathroom with shower and a large parking. Our property is situated about 10 km from the Marco Simone Golf and Country Club in Guidonia, where the Ryder Cup in 2023 will be osted. ID Code 5581.

Relax and enjoy the gorgeous view from this terrace! Come stay in an ancient house, in the center of the town, few steps away from Villa d'Este. The apartment is located in the limited traffic zone of the town, but you can reach it by car between 14.00 - 17.00 and 23.00 - 7.00. There are 2 parking lot about 600m from the apartment or at the sides of the roads (blue stripes), around the town hall, about 200 m from the apartment.
