I stayed with my family and did not miss anything in the house. The hostess responds quickly, the listing is like the photos and it's a comfortable place. We were greeted by the night doorman and he was very polite and gave us all the guidelines. Also, the apartment is close to Capivari, to go on foot. I recommend it!

The apartment is exactly as in the photos, cozy, well decorated, clean and extremely functional. Kitchen with necessary appliances, crockery, sofas, TV, tables, there are heaters in the rooms, we love the fireplace in the living room and the view from the balcony is beautiful. Our entire stay was very pleasant, in addition to Guilherme's hospitality, we had the receptivity of Mr. Edmilson who welcomed us and answered some questions about the place, fireplace and other details during the stay.

I have for about nine years as an Airbnb customer, most of the time I have had good experiences and is with Ana Carolina is well above good experiences. The apartment is very well located (in the commercial center), with pharmacies, market and wineries nearby. The property is approximately 2 km from Capivari square. There is no private parking, as in the listing, however, during the stay we left the car on the street and we had no problems. The host was very helpful and responded quickly. Excellent accommodation.

The condominium is very charming. Location further from downtown (near the Palácio Boa Vista). If you're driving everything is ok.

Rose was extremely helpful and welcoming, which made all the difference in our experience. We spent 2 very pleasant days there. The house is well equipped, with two rooms with heaters and electric showers, one inside the bedroom and the other in the shared bathroom. The structure comfortably accommodates up to five people. The beds are comfortable, there were plenty of towels and blankets available, and we were able to rest very well, even with the cold of the city. I had to wash some clothes during the stay, and Rose kindly provided us with a washer and dryer, which made it much easier! Note: when using the showers simultaneously, you cannot turn on 2 at the same time, the light switch drops, but this was just a technical and workable detail that did not affect our overall experience. I highly recommend the accommodation! The house is comfortable and the view from there is wonderful, only the hills that we were scared to climb to get to the house because we are not used to it lol

Excellent home and host. The property has a perfect location, away from the noise but close to the center, with a delicious atmosphere and a balcony that on winter days has a delicious sun at the end of the day. The location is in a very safe neighborhood, with a market close by and some delicious restaurants when you prefer not to go to Capivari, where you can walk quietly, it's a good walk, but a nice walk. Good garage for 2 cars. Very gentle porters. I went with my husband and 3 children and we had a great experience.

Very good stay. Kitchen with all the necessary utensils to prepare meals. Churrasqueira works well. Apto was well cleaned. I thought the furniture and the apt itself would be younger or renovated by the photos I saw on the listing. There are beautiful araucaria on the grounds. Quiet place. Dona Neuza helped us at check in and chek out and everything went smoothly.

We are in love with the apartment and, for sure, when we return to Campos, we will stay in it again. A doll's apartment, beautiful, beautiful, beautiful! Great location, we did everything by walk! There is a very nice cafe on the corner, we made the most of it. Very warm with the heaters, super fragrant bed and bath linens, a very warm shower too... in short, this little corner has our heart!
