Very well located apartment!

Stay in a quiet location five minutes from great restaurants, pharmacies, markets, malls, bakeries and gyms. One-bedroom apartment, living room, balcony, bathroom and kitchenette. In the living room, we have a sofa bed that accommodates up to two people. All brand new. The condominium has a swimming pool, sauna, playroom, mini gym, barbecue grill (use with reservation for an extra fee) and laundry room (self-service for a fee). It also has a parking space and 24-hour concierge. We do not accept pets.

Excelente pra quem veio à trabalho, ou mesmo para um final de semana diferenciado à dois. Internet de alta velocidade, apta pra trabalho remoto sem qualquer dificuldade. Edifício com ótima infraestrutura, academia, sala de jogos, sauna, hidromassagem, rooftop, restaurante, vaga de garagem coberta.

Read carefully! Exclusive home listing! This elegant accommodation is perfect for group travel as it has plenty of space for everyone. Large house with 3 bedrooms, 1 ante room, 1 living room, 1 bathroom suite, a large backyard and a garage. It has 2 double beds, 1 sofa bed and 2 single mattresses for the best comfort of all. Important: At the back of the house we have 1 party hall, plus 2 bathrooms, pool, barbecue and sauna that we rent separately. Please consult if you wish.

Excellent, large, comfortable, air-conditioned apartment in all rooms, we need some things at the beginning like bedding and a conditioned donar control and another key, but we were quickly served. It could only improve the kitchen utensils, such as pots, large cups, some bowls, cutlery, vasilhame in general. Of the most excellent things.

The space matched the listing, and the host gave clear directions to the location. We arrived at dawn and there was a concierge to facilitate the check-in. There were extra mattresses in the accommodation. We left early to continue the trip, but if necessary, it would be a good place to stay.

I am from Rio das Ostras/RJ and went to Campos to take the test of the sufficiency exam for bachelors in accounting sciences, I thought it was super worthwhile, I rented the entire space and for me it was better than staying in a hotel, due to the autonomy mainly to make own food, (there is market, bakery near you can buy and do at home, in the end...) the flat even being a building and condominium is very quiet great to do a review in peace 1 day before the test, different from the hotels that I stayed and the soundproofing left to be desired (traffic, buzzing, speech in the hallway, cutting of furniture after 10h to night, couple's dawn brigade...mta gaiofada deozulivre kkk), unlike Airbnb, so, if you are from afar like me and you will travel a day before to go do this proof of the federal accounting advice, recomposing an Airbnb with a good evaluation as this one of the Fabrício and having an experience like that you also do. It was worth every penny for me.
