Great location. Close to everything we wanted to do. The sauna was a dream come true especially since the weather dipped while we there. The backyard/outdoor area is a nice little haven all to yourself. Everything was as described. Jonas was incredibly responsive especially with us extending our stay an extra couple of days morning before checkout. One of the room's bathrooms has the shower kind of above the toilet seat so do with that info what you will. All around great stay and would definitely book again! Cheers!

You should be able to leave a 6-star rating. Romeu's apartment is an 11/10, it exceeds all expectations. Apartment remodeled to new, with complete equipment (for example, with towels, chairs, umbrella and beach refrigerator), everything impeccable, functional, unbeatable view, perfect condominium and location (right in front there is a supermarket and just below, a restaurant of first class international cuisine, two blocks away: pharmacies, service station, bakery, etc.), the beach in posto 7 is one of the best and quietest in Barra. In short, unbeatable from every angle, thank you very much Romeu and see you next time (which will undoubtedly happen).

The stay at Eliane's was impeccable! The apartment is comfortable, spacious, super clean and well equipped. The hostess welcomes you in person, she was super helpful and affectionate, she took us to the supermarket when we arrived to have food, because we arrived late, tired and with children! A 10/10. The department in terms of excellent comforts. We were 3 adults. Spacious, with everything you need in terms of furniture, utinsillos, fully equipped kitchen, etc. The department is super comfortable. The extremely secure building with hotel services. This is what I add to the gym and pool! The area is perfect as it allows you to move by foot to all the areas of copacabana and nearby shopping. It has a collective stop half a block away to go to the downtown areas. 3 blocks from the beach, spectacular area. Commercial area, and very safe. We moved walking and we never had an inconvenience. I recommend it, we will definitely be back.

Paulo’s apartment is very beautiful and spotless with great crispy clean towels. The location and the views are really awesome. Paulo is a super host, he provided great recommendations on places to eat. We tried them all and all were fantastic. Paulo goes the extra mile to make sure his guests are comfortable and happy. The apartment is perfect for resting. Full kitchen, with washing machine and an impeccable view! Easy access to the beach and indoor pool. Pedro is very friendly and made himself available all the time. I highly recommend it!

My stay was wonderful, a pity that was short-lived. The location is perfect. The amazing view and the super cozy and spacious apartment. I felt at home! In addition, the condominium is super family, with clear information and good communication between the employees. The apartment is exactly as in the pictures and larger than expected. It is very close to Olegario, which has exactly the best bars, restaurants and everything you need like: market, bakery, gym… I liked a lot and didn't want to leave kkk for sure I will be back. I had an excellent stay! The location is great, with easy access to various points of the city and very close to Maracanãzinho — which was a differential for me. The condominium is very safe, well maintained and has super attentive doormen and efficient management. The apartment is extremely comfortable, with cozy beds and all rooms air-conditioned, which made all the difference. A very positive point is also the shower, which works well even in the event of a power outage. The host was always very helpful and attentive throughout the stay, showing true care to ensure that everything was in order. This brought a lot of peace of mind and confidence. Wow. What a great place to stay. The view from the balcony is hard to beat. So beautiful. We witnessed whales jumping out of the water multiple times during our 5 night stay. The apartment itself is well appointed. The bathrooms are clean and nice. The kitchen is well appointed. The pristine beach is a short walk away. The hosts are helpful and attentive. The noisy of the river, the green, the details and comfort of the rooms, the magnificent gourmet kitchen, the warm ofurô in an incredible look! Everything, everything is sensational! The stone room is a separate attraction! Not to mention that it has absolutely all the possible and unimaginable utensils. In addition, the place is very calm and easy to access, perfect for quiet days and contact with nature ! A magical vase on the hill of Buzios. Above the beach of Geriba, which is the one I recommend the most. There are other beaches that are more beautiful, but they are very crowded. Geriba, being so big, there are no people. The only disadvantage is having to walk 20 minutes to get to the beach, but it's the price you have to pay for having the view from the hill. The house is highly recommended, and it is clear that the owners use it, because it is WELL equipped. It's not just equipped with some things for airbnb. There's everything.

And we were very lucky because the condominium was empty when we arrived. This meant a lot of tranquility. With the condominium full, I believe we would have less privacy. The house is a charm. Exactly as in the pictures. The sauna and the fireplace space are great. The outdoor bathtub was perfect, surrounded by nature. Everything was clean. We were greeted with treats, a wonderful cake and aimpim. Clalziane's husband showed us all the details of the house and we had no difficulties. Very close to the center of Lumiar and it was easy to go out for a walk and dinner.
