The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, a garden, an indoor kitchen and an outdoor kitchen with dishwasher, barbecue, terrace and an outdoor bathroom with shower. On the ground floor, there is an entrance. In the basement, there is a double bedroom with French windows overlooking the garden, a bathroom, and a kitchenette. On the first floor, newly renovated, triple bedroom with double bed, single bed and bathroom.

lovely garden apartment with private exclusive heated pool with jacuzzi decorated in sardinian style close to centre and the beach. Fantastic in the summer and in the winter, where your own private pool with heated water will make you feel to have your own personal SPA day and night. For heating the pool there is an extra charge of 20 euros per day. Water will be eventually heated on request from November to April. The pool can’t be use during adverse weather conditions (..rain, storms,… ecc)

I usually don't write reviews but Sebastiano's and his wife's house is out of this world! It actually is way better than on photos! House provides complete privacy and also openness for outdoor activities. Architecture of this house is thought thru to the tiniest details and its just pure pleasure to just spend time in the house and pool while the weather hot like hell outside :) Sebastiano was great host! He provides us with great tips for restaurants and sight seeing on this beautiful island and his reactions in case we needed something were instant. I cannot remmed more to visit this heaven island and stay in their awesome villa. Thank you so much for having us ;) we will be back!

We (family of 11) stayed 10 days and loved it!!! The house felt like home away from home. Area is calm. Town for shopping near by (5 min by car) and some small shop and restaurants even in walking distance. Private access to the beach and private sunbathing area were great. Eventhough we never met the host, he was always available via phone and responded quickly. One room was super small (1 bunk bed) with no AC, but it didn't stop us from having a great time here. 100% recommending.

We were there for 9 days in early June and had a very nice time. The temperatures were warm to hot during the day and pleasant in the evening. We only had to turn on the air conditioning twice, which also worked perfectly after a short consultation. The apartment is well laid out. Ideal for families with children, not so good for 2 couples, because the rear bedroom only has a skylight. But they can all be opened and closed and shaded electrically, which means you can get super natural ventilation. It is very good that all sliding doors can be opened outwards and that there are integrated mosquito screens in front of them, which can be pushed to the side like the doors. Perfect! We have been to Sardinia many times. What we like about the area is the mix of peace and relaxation in the house or on secluded beaches and the life and bustle in Vilassimius. With restaurants in all classes and wine bars. If you want gourmet cuisine, go to S'Olastinu... top!

The apartment is very comfortable, it is separate from the main street and protected by a garden, so you have peace and privacy. At the same time, in just 10 minutes on foot, you can be in the center of Villasimius or on the beach. Giulia and Massimo were very courteous and quick in all communications and available with our late check in. Recommended

We spent 2 wonderful weeks in October at Gloria and Mauro's place and we enjoyed it very much there. The location with the view of the harbor and the sea is incredibly beautiful, the apartment cozy and clean. Outside there are 2 large covered terraces that we used a lot. For small problems or questions, Mauro was easy to reach and could always help quickly. The beach is within walking distance. The town of Villasimius is very nice. So, absolutely recommended! We will be happy to come back.

The house was homely and clean with a view of the sea. The location is perfect, walking distance to campulongu beach and a short drive to other nice beaches and 5 mins drive to Villasimius town.
