Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Campulongu

The location of the house is magnificent with an incredible ocean view. Seeing the sunset from the terrace is stunning. The rooms are simply furnished but comfortable, the bathrooms comfortable and renovated, the modern kitchen and very well equipped with everything you need. Cala Caterina beach is very quiet and practically exclusive, recommended for lounging, swimming or snorkelling. It is minutes from other wider and more beautiful beaches such as Porto Giunco, and also from Villa Simius with supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Roberto, the host of this beautiful place, was very friendly and helpful, from the first moment always attentive that we did not lack anything, really a personalized attention. We had a great vacation in this house, and it met all our expectations. We highly recommend it.

We had a great time in Vilasimius and enjoyed our stay here a lot. It’s a very nice apartment in a great location. Yet the apartment was a bit smaller than expected.

Casa Leccio is a real little piece of heaven! The apartment is clean, spacious, carefully decorated, with all the comforts you need (coffee machine, washing machine, hair dryer...). But the real plus is the garden with hammocks and birdsong:-) We had a great 10 days at Isa's in Solanas. We fell in love with Sardinia: its nature, its cuisine, its landscapes, its people… We hope to be back soon!

What a lovely stay. Giulia, Lorenzo and their very sweet family are fabulous hosts. They were really welcoming at check in and had plenty of tips… the house is very spatious and cool with a good outdoor veranda for eating on. They also leant is beach stuff and a phone charger we forgot to bring. (And then they were so kind and relaxed when we accidentally packed it with us when we left- oops!) Will come back!

A very friendly assistant from Stefano & Mario welcomed us at check-in. Everything shown and all well explained. The location of the house is unique, exactly as described and visible in the photos. The view of the sea is wonderful and the beach access is really very close, at most 2 minutes on foot and you are on a beautiful beach. The beach does not offer restaurants, so take a picnic with you. The house itself is very nicely furnished, it has everything you need. We were there with 3 smaller children, you just had to be very careful that nothing breaks. It has many very nice and precious decoration in the house. During the stay, Stefano was always accessible, showed us valuable tips about the surroundings and excursion options. We would book the house again immediately. Thank you Stefano and team for having us as your guests!

The highlight was the view on the beautiful terrace! The place is beautiful, the beds comfortable, the kitchen very well equipped. It was fun to cook and eat with the beautiful view was a dream. Andrea gave us great tips. We visited the family restaurant, enjoyed the friendly service and the high quality food. It was a very nice time! It's not easy to find, but even there Andrea helped us great and very quickly. Thanks for everything!

Having a Villa so close to the beach was wonderful. It was a roomie two bedroom villa with a very nice patio.

My family had a wonderful stay at Michela's villa. It has everything you could possibly need for an excellent beach vacation. The accommodations were spotless. She provided beach towels and umbrellas and even starter toiletries and kitchen items. The location is excellent. A short walk to town for anything you might need and you can even walk to the beach. And she was a delight to engage with, offering recommendations and always available. In short, Michela's place is a gem. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful apartment, such a great location and so easy to walk to all of the different areas. A stunning view from the balcony with amazing sunsets, a gorgeous bathroom and kitchen with a comfortable bed and lounge. If you go to Sardinia you must book here!! Great Host, Great Location. spacious top floor with a view. coffee and pastries right next door. dinner/ food/shopping options plentiful with 2 min of front door. our host was there to greet us with recommendations and instructions. AC & Wifi worked great as well. highly recommended! my children loced the decor. Alessandro is quite the Artist as well. thx again

We immediately felt at home in this beautiful, stylish accommodation. The apartment is very clean, spacious and tastefully furnished. The small kitchen offers everything you need and on the spacious terrace we could enjoy the sun. The breakfast, which is lovingly prepared and rich, is also particularly noteworthy. The flat is clean, well-maintained, and located in a convenient area. It has good natural light, enough space for daily living, and basic amenities like a kitchen, bathroom, and Wi-Fi. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with shops and transport nearby. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to stay.

Really lovely Airbnb. Clear instructions of getting in and the place was spotless. Walkable distance to the city centre and a lovely view of the coastline from the rooftop.

This place is an absolute insider tip! The location directly by the sea is unbeatable - every evening we could enjoy spectacular sunsets directly from the terrace. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired: everything is modern, lovingly furnished and very well maintained. We would especially like to highlight the hosts Taty and Luca – incredibly warm, helpful and always with great tips about the area. Whether restaurants, excursions or hidden beaches – we have discovered so much thanks to their recommendations! A place to feel good and relax. We will definitely be back!

We were personally very warmly received and there was a very nice welcome package with a cold beer, wine with snacks and lots of fruit. Totally great👍. The apartment is completely furnished and has good facilities, is conveniently located in relation to the center and a number of wonderful beaches. The ALMAR condo in Poetto was exactly what we were looking for while staying in Cagliari. Immaculate living quarters and a great location for our stay. Daniela was a wonderful host who was very helpful snd friendly. Would absolutely stay at the condo again should we find ourselves back in Cagliari!

We immediately felt comfortable in Stefanos' apartment. Stefano is super nice, greeted us very kindly, immediately answered our questions and gave tips. The apartment is very quiet in Villasimius, yet you can reach the town center in about 10 minutes. 1 small supermarket is around the corner, 2 larger ones within a 10-minute walk. 3 restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is modern, all cooking utensils and sufficient towels are available. We quickly became familiar with the gas stove. The two bathrooms are great, everything works perfectly. Good mattresses! In front of the house a very cozy terrace with a shady olive tree, where you like to stay. The apartment is perfectly located to explore the many dream beaches of Villasimius and the wonderful surroundings. The perfect apartment for a perfect vacation. The apartment "like at home" is exactly what it promises. There were three of us, two adults and a 2-year-old, and we had a very good time. The apartment is in the center, but in a quiet setting. A stone's throw away is everything you might need. It is also very close to all the most beautiful beaches in the area. Marzia was a great host! If I had to go back to Villasimius, I would not hesitate to choose this apartment again!

A really perfect place to stay right on the sea with beautiful sunsets! The vacation rental is located in a kind of pure houses with many small apartments. When we were there in May it was very quiet. The apartment is really perfectly equipped with everything, you just need to buy food if necessary drinks. The only thing that is not 100% perfect is the swimming opportunity, as you did not have a beach here, but can only get into the water between the stones. But it's also possible. Of course, it's even nicer to drive 10 minutes by car to the beautiful coves. Supermarket is 5 min by car. Unfortunately, there are very few restaurants and none within walking distance. But that didn't bother us because it's a really dreamy place.

We stayed here for a study abroad program I lead of college students from the US coming to Sardinia. This apartment is located in the 'castello,' one of the most evocative parts of the 'centro storico' of Cagliari. Beautiful and inviting space; highly recommend!
