Soaring above are exposed beams, below lie pale wooden floors, while in-between is beautiful exposed brickwork. In a quiet area of Sitges, in ground floor, this cosy and spacious loft, ideal for 4 people (suitable for 6), will offer you all the comfort you need for an unforgettable stay in Sitges. Completely renovated, the loft is composed by : - a sleeping area/bedroom with a bathroom - a living area with 2 confortable convertible sofas - a fully-equipped kitchen : fridge, dish washer, microwaves, toaster, coffee machiner... - a second bathroom with shower and toilets - a veranda for a perfect chill out Linen, towels, toilet paper and hair dryer provided. Internet/WIFI From the Barcelona Airport you can take : - the bus "Monbus" from terminal 1 (it takes 30 min from the T1 to Sitges-Avenida Sofia stop) - the train (with a change at Prat el Llobregat station) from the terminal 2. It take more or less 45 min from T2 to Sitges. - The taxi : 60€ more or less Always available to answer to your questions ! The loft is located in a residential neighborhood near Sofia Avenue. The beach, city center, and train station are all roughly equidistant, and all easily reached on foot. Several supermarkets, plus restaurants, bars, and shops are closer still. From the Barcelona Airport you can take : - the bus "Monbus" from terminal 1 (it takes 30 min from the T1 to Sitges-Avenida Sofia stop) - the train (with a change at Prat el Llobregat station) from the terminal 2. It take more or less 45 min from T2 to Sitges. - The taxi : 60€ the day and 70€ at night THERE IS NO PRIVATE PARKING. You can find a free parking in the streets, a few blocks from the loft. Free parking is where the ground marquing is white (if it is blue you have to pay). Here are the areas where you can find free parkings (at 10/15 min walking distance) : - Carrer Vitor de Balaguer, 23 (a lot of free places) : at 9 min walking distance - Passeig Vilanova from number 72 (behind the pharmacy) - Avenida Nuestra Senora Del Vinyet, from number 43 Public Parking in Avenida Sofia (but is quite expensive)

Total capacity 10 guests (8 +2) in 4 + 1 separate bedroom. Checkin as from 4pm. checkout before 10am. Thanks to the house's previous inhabitant, an endearing Englishman, we were able to make our project a reality: an old, charmingly restored house: one of the oldest houses in the town that we personally restored with great affection and in which we tried to maintain the original elements (wooden beams, staircase, stone arch) without losing any comfort. Its white color invites tranquility and reminds you how close it is to the sea.

Our lovely apartment is located in the heart of Sitges, facing to the main street in town. There's one bedroom, one living-room with full equipped kitchen and one bathroom. High speed WiFi connection. The location is really unbeatable, 1 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to the train station and all you can need is really close, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops... There's a big balcony with street views. You'll love it!

Loved the place, it was clean and felt like home from home. The view from the balcony in the master bedroom was stunning!! The pool area was great and very private and we had it to ourselves. Madelène was super helpful, gave lots of suggestions for restaurants and places to visit and also messaged to make sure we were happy with everything. Sitges was great and will definitely be coming back for another visit.

Wow, what a great place this is. It’s a beautiful villa, really spacious, decorated in a cool, classy style. Spotlessly clean too. The location is incredible, right by the old town and so close to the beach, yet it’s really peaceful too. The pool was lovely (we were there in April) and the large outside space very relaxing. We were with our two kids (4 and 10) who loved it, but it would definitely suit groups of friends too. Nik, the property manager was great - really easy to communicate with and he kindly popped over in minutes when we accidentally locked ourselves out. The only downside to this place? That we had to leave!! I hope we can come back again!

A comfortable accommodation close to Barcelona that allows you to enjoy everything you can look for in Spain, the sun, the sea, the pool to cool off and the proximity of many places to visit (Barcelona of course, but also Tarragona, Sitges, ...) Artur was the most welcoming host we’ve ever had. He made sure we had everything we needed and even left a few things extra to make our stay amazing. What a beautiful home, with everything we needed to have a wonderful 9 day stay. Provided food recommendations, ideas for activities for the kids and transportation tips. This was a perfect stay for our children and they felt right at home even with some toys and books and items to help entertain them. Thank you for an amazing stay!

The place is beautiful, views are lovely. We found some hiking trails to get down to small beaches. 10 minutes drive in either direction to bigger beach towns. The pool could have used cleaning but the interior of the home was immaculate. Thanks for the nice stay.
