Located just 1 mile from the Devil Anse trailhead of the Hatfield & McCoy Trail system (Buffalo & Rockhouse, WV/KY Outlaw trails access) and downtown Matewan. Kitchen with full-size fridge, microwave, coffee pot & grill (No stove). Washer & dryer. All linens provided. Flat ground parking for your truck & trailer is available. Sleeps up to 6. Neighboring properties available for large groups.

The Carolyn House

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Enjoy your stay at this 3 Bedroom 3.5 bath estate home located minutes from downtown Pikeville. You truly get the best of both worlds being so close to downtown but enjoying the privacy this space provides. No more than 8 guests are allowed on property unless approved by the host. Parties can be approved with a fee. Pool is currently unavailable for use Stairs are necessary to access upper level and laundry.

The Shotgun House

Enjoy your stay at the Shotgun house located in the heart of Prestonsburg within walking distance to a popular restaurant and downtown shopping. Private parking with a 30ft walking bridge overlooking a water stream to lead you to the cottage. Queen bedroom downstairs; spiral staircase takes you to your loft queen bedroom; one full bath; full kitchen; TV/WIFI; indoor loft hammock; wrap around covered porch; tree covered outdoor shower area with hot tub; covered dining back porch. Large fire pit area with dried fire wood. Large 12ft x 12ft outdoor hammock beside fire pit. Park Series charcoal grill outside.

Relaxing stay at Creekside Lodge

Wonderful, homey getaway beside flowing creek with little traffic, less than a mile from the Buffalo Mountain Trailhead. This is not just a place for trail riders but has been used by people attending family reunions and local festivals. Creekside Lodge is within the town limits of Delbarton where there are several restaurants, a small general store, and soon to open Dollar General. Trail riders will pass a local gas station on the way to the trail head.

Relax with the whole family at this beautiful Cabin. A very peaceful place to stay. Sits on the Guyandotte River that's great for kayaking. Very close to the Hatfield McCoy Bear Wallow trailhead. Unload your ATV and hit the trail. Restaurant on site and also very close to a car wash. If you need a place to stay for the holidays while visiting family, this is the place for you! Just a couple of miles from Chief Logan State Park .
