We had a wonderful two-night stay at this cozy cottage! The highlight was definitely the hot tub — perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors. The BBQ setup was great and made evening meals easy and enjoyable. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and surrounded by beautiful nature views, making it a peaceful escape from the city. We especially loved sitting on the deck and taking in the quiet, scenic surroundings. Would definitely come back for another getaway!

We had a lovely stay in the tree house. It's truly unique and a cozy, comfortable, place to stay surrounded by natural beauty. We enjoyed visiting the local farmers market and exploring East Sooke Regoinal Park. I hope to go back!

Peaceful and beautiful with all the little extra creature comforts you could think of, Stacey has created a little haven of relaxation for her guests. From the moment we arrived we knew this spot was going to an exceptional air B and B, with a private and pristine Nordic Spa, cozy deck on the waters edge, and all the amenities you need for a cozy evening indoors. We look forward to staying here again on our way through New Brunswick and will recommend to our friends and family. If you are thinking about booking Stacey’s place - just do it!

Beautiful cabin with a hot tub on the water. Lots of walking trails and they have bikes and kayaks you can use too. Yvonne was very responsive and super accommodating on such short notice. Would definitely stay here again! 😊

We had an incredible stay at the cabin at Edelweiss Creek. The setting is peaceful and surrounded by stunning natural beauty, perfect for a quiet mountain getaway. It felt private and remote, but was still an easy drive into Golden for groceries, coffee, or a meal out. The cabin was clean, warm, cozy, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. We especially loved relaxing in the outdoor hot tub after a day of hiking and exploring the area. Our host was kind and responsive, striking the right balance between being available and giving us space. You can tell there’s a lot of care put into making the experience feel special. We left feeling refreshed and already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable stay close to nature.

We loved our stay at Genevieve’s! The house was in a beautiful location and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the sauna, hot tub and fire pit, and it was so great being only a 10 minute drive from Saint-Jovite. Would love to visit again!

My wife and I wanted to getaway and truly unplug in nature. If this is your goal.. to be in nature... enjoy Gods creation... feeding beautiful fish.. seeing deer.... this is the place for you. We had the best time and loved all this beautiful property had to offer. The pond is so fun for swimming, there are beautiful trails, the kiln is cozy and has everything you need for a minimalistic style weekend. Awesome hots! Brodi and family are so nice. We want to go back and that says it all.

Driving up to the cabin my jaw was dropped by how luvly this property was. Very private, and well kept grounds. I didn't know there was a babbling brook right near the cabin, so that was a pleasant surprise I wasn't expecting. Luved falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the brook and the many birds singing. Inside the cabin was clean and well stocked with all the kitchen items I needed. Andrew was definitely a super host, thoughtful and kind. He is amid building a second cabin nearing completion. I can't wait to return and spend more time exploring the vast acrage. I highly recommend Andrew's cabins, I promise you won't be disappointed.

What a spectacular place, we highly recommend a stay here! We spent 4 nights here with a group ranging from 4.5 to 76 years old and it was well-suited to everyone's needs. The cabin is beautifully designed and decorated and the view is truly incredible. Blair was a wonderful, responsive host who went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. While it is a drive to the nearest grocery store, LCBO, restaurants, etc. it really isn't far and more than worth it for the beauty and serenity of the site. I'd highly recommend a sunset bonfire if the winds allow. We hope to have the opportunity to stay here again one day!

My partner and I stayed two nights at Rudy’s Cabin and absolutely loved it. The peace and quiet, surrounded by beautiful nature, made it a perfect escape. Dave built the cabin himself, and we were truly impressed by the attention to detail and the love he put into it. You’ll find everything you need – it’s cozy, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed. Our personal highlight was the evening by the lake and the nice chat we had with Dave and his wife Kyra. We also got to use the canoes, which was such a peaceful experience, and we absolutely adored spending time with Zenji, the dog. Thank you so much for having us – we felt truly welcome!

I would love to highlight the special attention to detail that Emilie has. The site and info about the House and surrounding areas is very beautiful and helpful for people who do not know the area. The house is a little Gem and the Sauna is the icing on the cake :)

Needed a weekend to unplug and spend some time away from work. The cabin was lovely. Trails were well labeled. Instructions on how to operate and navigate the amenities were helpful and clearly laid out. Would recommend if you’re looking for a weekend escape.

The cabin was even better in real life! Amazing views and quiet on the outside, beautifully built and furnished on the inside. The cabin is a couple hundred meters in front of Darryl’s property but once you’re inside, you don’t notice and the space feels completely your own. We brought our dog and he loved running around in the expansive field. We also saw some wild elk on our first night! The cabin close driving distance to town which is very convenient. Darryl was also very responsive and easy to communicate with. We loved our stay!

This was my second time staying at this beautiful cabin, and it was absolutely wonderful. June is such a magical time to visit. Hummingbirds and blooming flowers surround you, mornings are peaceful with the cool sun, and evenings bring stunning moonrises. Kayaking was a blast, especially with the seals popping up to say hello! Walking down to the dock and spotting starfish along the rocks was an unexpected delight. The cabin itself is perfect: the space is cozy and inviting, the bed is incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen and shower are great. What a special location to get away from the noise of the city without being too far away. Charming set up, and had everything you need.

Very cozy cabin. Has everything you could need, all what you have to bring is your clothings. We even had the chance to taste their homemade maple syrup! Close enough to Bancroft but still tranquil, nobody can access the cabin but you. We saw people stopping by on the otherside of the lake but it feels OK and not invading, it is far enough to not care. Wildlife was abundant. We did not have much mosquitoes or annoying bugs outside and literally none inside. We went there as a couple with a dog and, once used to the space the cabin offers, did not feel squeezed, although it is not huge. Hosts were very kind and responsive. If you like small, serene and cozy places, this is a must try.

The perfect getaway for a couple or small group of friends! Everything was very well updated and the hot tub and sauna was very relaxing. They provided a timely response when needed and were very easy to book with. Highly recommend!

It is a perfect chalet to get back to nature as a couple and to get away from everyday life. The chalet is very isolated, no close neighbors, and we felt like we had the lake to ourselves. We even had the pleasure of a roe deer visiting us through the patio door! All that's missing is a rear gallery with a gazebo to keep the mosquitoes away and make the most of the outdoors! But everything else was perfect!

We stayed at Leah’s place for our marriage photo shoot, the officiation, and a small gathering — and it couldn’t have been more perfect! Leah was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our entire stay. She went above and beyond by providing us with lots of beautiful decor at no extra cost, which made our setup even more special. She was always quick to respond and so supportive. When we accidentally locked our car keys in the trunk, Leah didn’t hesitate to help us out — and thanks to her, we got it sorted in no time. The place itself is lovely, peaceful, and ideal for any special occasion or getaway. I highly recommend staying here. Great space, even better host!

What a cute private oasis! Easy to access and beautiful piece of property. Some trails to go for a short walk, a cute A frame cabin with a loft bed for those dreamy sleeps and a hot tub to end your night under the string lights creating the perfect mood lighting to close your eyes and drift away listening to the sound of nature. The property is clean and perfect for a little get away from the hustle and bustle of life! Highly recommend!

My family and I had a great weekend in this wonderful, quiet, peaceful place, nestled in the woods. We even regretted having to leave! I highly recommend it!
