Beachfront holiday rental in Çanakkale

The place is right at the bottom of the sea as mentioned. It is in a very private location because there are 6-7 houses in the big bay and there is no commercial business. Those who swim the nearest sea are 50 60 m away, if that happens. Since everyone is at the bottom of their house, no one is on the beach all the time. The host's mother and father stay downstairs. They are very friendly and helpful. The interior of the place is newly built. The bathrooms and items are new. It's nice to have the kitchen on the balcony. You're doing it without being overwhelmed by the heat. The sea is spotless. It has a stone beach. No sand contaminated, no conversation. Of course, it is more comfortable with sea shoes. If you're looking for privacy and quiet, it's the right place. Restaurants, grocery store are 15 20 minutes away.

We stayed in Nur mansions for the first week of July...Dalyan village transportation, the warmth of the people was great. Ms. Aliknur gave us a lot of confidence with her friendly attitude and friendliness. Their rooms were spotless, everything needed was considered. We had a very nice 3 days as a family at Mr. Ünal's house. The street where the house is located was calm and peaceful. It was 7-8 minutes on foot to Akçay Kordon. The entrance to the house starts from the 2nd floor from the side stairs. The entrance also has a large balcony, and if you are going to have breakfast, it will be easier to serve here as the kitchen is right at the entrance. But we preferred to do all the cooking on the upper floor balcony, which is very spacious and has a view of the Kaz Mountains. There is also a barbecue on the upper floor balcony. If we enter the house, it is a house with 4 rooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 double beds, 5 single beds, which is extremely suitable for large families to stay. There was almost all the equipment in the kitchen. The bathrooms were very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. There was a ceiling fan in all rooms except the upstairs living room and it worked very efficiently. I thank Mr. Unal and if you are coming to the Akçay region, I recommend this house to everyone with peace of mind.

This is a second floor flat in a duplex, with a private stairway and entrance. The yard is shared with another building where hosts live, and the entire property is fenced and gated. There is a place to park a car inside the gate. The hosts (Kübra and her parents) maintain the house very well, and were very kind to give some local tips and help arranging barbecue. Overall, we had a great experience - Kübra’s house was a great place for us to make a few days stop while touring in Marmara region and the vicinity.

It has a wonderful view, a house where 3 families (with few or no children) can easily stay, in a location where you can easily reach the bays, some by car and some on foot, most importantly, Murat is very interested and relevant.

We preferred this area for our visit to Gallipoli with my 7-year-old son, both close and away from the crowds. The view is just great. It's nicer than the photos. Below your North Aegean features. The sunset is very pleasant. The house is beautiful, with washing and dishwashing machines. The kitchen utensils are in good condition. There are enough table chairs. We stayed in this house during these times last year. Then we thought the quality price ratio was very good, so we came back this year. But in a year, the price has doubled in Euros. We know that inflation in Turkey is higher than the Euro, but not twice as much. The bedsheets and pillows are very worn, with rips. Water sometimes flows from the fridge to the floor, there was the same thing last year (but we honestly didn't say). I think something hasn't been renovated or replaced in the house since last year (it didn't catch our eye). When the price increase was so high, the quality price ratio decreased this year. We will think twice next year. It was a nice vacation, thank you! There is a great fisherman just down the house, the fish salad is delicious.

There were just a few issues that were at a disadvantage for us. The washing machine was on the ground floor of the house and reserved for common use. Since we were on the top floor it was difficult to get down to the laundry toss. The vacuum cleaner was also shared, just so you know. It could have been better if the houses were in themselves. We couldn't see the iron either, but if we asked, Mr. Cihan and his wife would definitely help. There is no air conditioning in the house, the upper floors are airy at certain times of the day.
