Perfect place to relax and enjoy the views

House is great. It is very well equipped and clean. But the most important thing is the terrace and the view. It is even difficult to explain how beautiful the view from the house is. The area around is very quiet. You can hear only the sea and the birds (and in our case rain;). And the plants around… unbelieveble. The access to the rocky beach is an amazing thing. The beach seems to be shared with 2 other houses. It is true what other people wrote that some people don’t respect the fact that this is a private area and they are coming above the gate to catch fish. But it didn’t bother us at all. It was maybe 2-3 people per day, so not a crowd;). We loved it there and we already made a reservation for the next time.

Everything was very nice, the interest and closeness of the hosts made us feel as if we were in our own home. The house facilities are also quite sufficient, especially the 3 bathrooms and the garden was very comfortable. The site has its own beach, but the showers and toilets were not open when we went, so we couldn't use it, but it was within walking distance of the house, and it was quite clean and enjoyable. A pleasant location where you can go as a family, very close to Alaçatı and Çeşme, we were very pleased :)

Great clean villa to stay in! Enjoyed our stay with my friends, the host was very accommodating We weren’t to far from the main areas it was only 20 minutes away. This villa has a lot of space it’s beautiful with beautiful views! I would definitely come back and recommend

Our Kas villa stay was fantastic! Breathtaking views, an incredibly responsive host/manager, and beautiful art made it special. We loved the easy water access and how secluded it felt. Highly recommend!

It is only 5 minutes by car from the center of Kaş. Very close to Büyükçakıl beach. The house is perfectly designed. Each room had spacious beds and bathrooms. The pool is very nice. 8 people are very comfortable and we had a very good holiday. The cleanliness was excellent. We always reached Ms. Merve very easily. The next time I come to Kas, I will stay in this house again without thinking.

We had a magnificent 1 week thanks to the private beach and pool. A great house that can comfortably accommodate 8 people. It was clean and comfortable. 10 minutes from Kas center, the location was very good. Thank you to Mr. Hasan and Mr. Timuçin for their prompt communication.

We had the most delightful stay at Goenuel's amazing accommodation. The interior was so stylish and comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay a very pleasant one. As we had a car, it was not a problem to be outside of the main town area, we did enjoy exploring many of her restaurant suggestions when we did venture out. Mehmet was far and away the best host ever. He arranged a free 2 hour transfer from Dalaman airport on arrival and took us back himself at the end of our stay. In addition he arranged a free boat trip on one of our days because we had booked an extra night so that we could have a late check out and he felt bad about that. He was amazingly helpful and supportive of any queries we had about the villa or local attractions. I cannot recommend his villa enough - we had a fantastic time and are definitely planning to go back. On arrival there was a selection of fruit, bread, chocolates and even some wine. What an amazing host. You should definitely book here!

Burcu’s apartment was the perfect place to relax from the craziness of Kas which was very busy most of the time. The short drive out to the peninsula was compensated by a million dollar view and the relaxing infinity edge pool. The space was clean and cool and comfortable. If we visit again would surely stay here. Thanks to Issa for making us feel at home and sorting out little issues.

Absolutely beautiful villa to stay at, especially perfect with a group. The sea platform is genuinely heavenly. Only recommendation I have is that the house wasn’t stocked with dishwashing tablets, bin bags, and no additional rolls of toilet paper - it would be great if these things could be included as we had to go and buy them at the market! Definitely wholeheartedly recommend this villa :)

Wonderful stay for my family. Deniz speaks English perfectly, provided tons of recommendations, and walked us through the house to show us all the amenities. The house is stunning, clean, and spacious. The house is right on the water and the water is crystal clear and swimmable. There is also an outside shower. The property is also pet friendly! A wonderful retreat from busy Istanbul. Highly recommend.

Cleanliness down to the finest detail is also very important. We were amazed by the interior design. It was also a place we would prefer again due to its location.

Wow, what a view. The balcony makes this apartment. great living area with lots of room and all the amenities that you need. there is a building site next door but this didnt bother us as worked started after 9am.

All rooms have air conditioning, the cleaning is impeccable, everything is new in general, the host is helpful. It was quite enjoyable and smooth, thanks for everything. The head of the vacuum cleaner is broken. No slippers

The place is very peaceful and we felt like at home. The apartments was extremely clean, with all the amenities one needs. the hosts are friendly, waited for us to arrive despite the late hour and always andwered our questions.
