Nei primi anni del Novecento era una sartoria, che pare rifornisse anche la grande attrice teatrale Eleonora Duse. La casa è in posizione strategica, in centro storico ma non distante dalla stazione. È raggiungibile anche in macchina, e a 30 metri ha ampio parcheggio a pagamento.
