The apartment, located in the beating heart of the historic center, consists of a large living area with a lounge (TV and sofa bed), a nice and characteristic kitchenette (stove, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine) and a bathroom equipped with all comforts. The sleeping area, located on the mezzanine, is spacious, bright and comfortable. The entire apartment is fully at the disposal of guests. I'm always available by phone and can reach the apartment in a few minutes. The apartment is in the heart of the historic center, in the middle of the university area, within a lively but at the same time safe neighborhood. In the immediate vicinity there are clubs, bars and restaurants. È raggiungibile anche in macchina, e a 30 metri ha ampio parcheggio a pagamento. Piella 18, apartment in the heart of Bologna

This was a super cute place to stay and had very cool views of the canal. The layout was like 2 apartments connected together and you were able to close off one section if you wanted privacy. Once you closed the doors, you couldn’t even hear the person on the other side! There are a good chunk of stairs to do, up 2 floors worth, so if you have heavy suitcases it might be a little rough. Also, the AC is locked at a certain temp due to the city so it does get toasty in the loft at night. Overall, great stay at our first time in Bologna!

Annalisa's place was amazing to stay at! It had everything we needed. The area was quiet despite being so close to the city center, and we enjoyed sipping tea on the terrace while listening to the flowing water of the canal! There were restaurants, cafes and a grocery mart all within a 5 min walk!

Great location easy walking into the centre and access to the restaurants. The walk from the station was flat and took about 15 minutes, we walked this a few times as we used the train to get about and visit other towns if you intend to use the trains a 3 or 5 day pass is the best and most practical option. The accommodation is exactly as the description and the photos , the benefit of having a small garden area is a bonus and makes pleasant place to sit and relax.
