A 35 m² detached octagonal bungalow, very quiet and surrounded by nature, located at the end of a cul-de-sac and close to the village. Renovated in October 2024, it offers a 160 cm bed, a kitchen-bar, a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Private outdoor area with table, hammock and pergola. Built primarily of wood, it provides warmth and character. Parking on the property.
