Casa centenária, completamente restaurada com o conforto da vida moderna. No rés-do-chão encontra-se a cozinha-sala de estar equipada com fogão, micro-ondas e máquinas de lavar loiça e roupa. As paredes grossas permitem uma frescura natural em dias de calor. Enquanto que nos dias mais frescos a salamandra aquece a casa dando-lhe um ambiente caloroso e de bem estar. No segundo andar ficam dois quartos independentes, um equipado com duas camas e o outro mobilado com cama de casal arte nova.
