Muy limpio, la comida del hotel es deliciosa. está ubicado a unos 10 minutos de la zona hotelera muy céntrico

We had a great stay at Tamy's place and could not recommend it enough. It was very comfortable for 5 adults for a four-night stay. Tamy provided drinking water and coffee which was super helpful. The views are spectacular, especially from the rooftop terrace. The pool area has lots of seating, but be sure to head down early if you want to sit in the shade or at the beach. The poolside restaurant has a huge variety of food and drinks, and the convenience store next to the security guard station is well equipped. OXXO is right across the street if you need anything additional. Everyone entering the property has to be checked in by a security guard, so we felt extremely safe. We did have some issues with the elevator working one day, so be sure to carry the emergency key with you just in case. If you are looking for a great local restaurant, head across the street to Navios. Everything on the menu was so delicious, we went back twice. Thank you, Tamy, we had a great stay!

Nice, clean, great for its closeness to ocean and downtown Cancun. We became expert city bus riders! Only 60 cents to ride the bus downtown. Ocean water was the perfect temperature even though we were here in January. My only complaint would be someone upstairs had a little kid who rose up early in the mornings

Our family had a great week at the Westin Lagunamar! The 2BR suite was very spacious, the staff really nice/helpful, and the resort is in a great location with nice pool/beach area. Short walk to the mall across the street, where there many good restaurants and shops. Great family vacation!

Thanks Kenny for all your helpful advice while booking. We ended up renting a vehicle which made our stay much better. While we had no reason to leave the resort, having a vehicle allowed us to try different food/restaurants, shop around and sight see without having to schedule or wait for taxis.

Fue un alojamiento muy ameno, me gusto que alado tiene un café para desayunar. La instalación muy buena, cuenta con varias amenidades que describe. Y muy cerca del ADO.

excelente atención por parte del anfitrión, la habitación estaba bien, solo que olía demasiado a cerveza probablemente de los huéspedes anteriores, las cobijas de la cama en muy muy mal estado

This experience was grand & full of spectacular service. The minute you book with Benjamín you are outstandingly well communicated with him until your final moment of the trip. I was mesmerized by the service I had all the way through. You really get all inclusive to the resort and all amenities! I would come back to this stay over & over & I highly recommend it to the world! The place is very luxurious as it shows in the pictures & even more until you get to your room! Thank you Benjamín for everything!

Overall, this is a great boutique hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The air-conditioning was very cold and bed comfortable. The dipping pool in the courtyard and rooftop are great for spending a couple hours having drinks. Adding a couple loungers on the roof would have really made it great! The shower was less ideal as it is in an old whirlpool tub which makes getting in and out interesting. The shower head is very low, even for my wife who is 5' 10". The water pressure and temp control were basically non existent, but we dealt with it. The place has everything you need, including a convenience store right outside the front door. It's on a busy road so there is some traffic noise, but nothing that isn't tolerable. Walking distance to several restaurants and Chedrui.

This has been my greatest experience on Air Bnb. Patricia and her family and friendly people and they welcomed me in their home like I always belonged there. I highly recommend her house. If you are looking for a peaceful and safe place to stay, this is the right address. She provided me with everything I needed during my stay. Good restaurants, places to visit, where to buy groceries etc. The dogs are lovely and you will fall in love with them (if you love animals) ❤️ Best address in Cancun if you want a host who knows the area and the good spots. You are insane if you not book this place.

We give Victor/Hugo 5 stars & Sandos itself maybe a 3. This the real deal — Victor/Hugo's resort access got us a great high room on the beach side & ability to separately purchase the black Royal Elite VIP wristbands with all its perks. We saved considerable cash by booking the room through Victor/Hugo & the wristband separately. Victor/Hugo did a better job telling us about the perks and checking on us than Sandos' VIP concierge did! They have ZERO control over the Sandos op itself, so I give them full credit. Just be aware that Sandos Cancun is def a budget all-inclusive even at VIP level (subpar food, cold hot tub & pools, three pools but no swim-up bar, roaming servers would disappear for hours, the only outdoor bar was usually closed, early morning towel battle even for VIP area chairs/beds, male staff in women's hydro area, "VIP concierge" declined late checkout but front desk granted it moments later), so I'd 100% book thru Victor/Hugo again but prob not this Sandos.

Muy cerca del aeropuerto, fue lo que nos hizo reservar este alojamiento en nuestra última noche en Cancún. No fue difícil encontrar el lugar ya que las coordenadas fueron precisas pero es una zona de mucha casa quinta, calles sin pavimentar y no hay mucha limpieza y mantenimiento por parte del municipio, lo que nos dio un poco de ansiedad hasta encontrar el alojamiento. El lugar es bonito, la habitación estaba muy bien y el restaurante que tiene ahí resuelve muy bien la necesidad de comer algo sin tener que salir ya que no hay mucho en la zona, los precios están bien. Nos pidieron un taxi que nos llevó a la madrugada al aeropuerto, todo bien coordinado.

Great place! It was clean and Sam and Nour were very accommodating with our needs. We are really thankful for all the help with the 2 cribs we requested for our twins. We will definitely stay with them again!

They were very accommodating and were able to get us in within a day notice! Their place is perfect for bringing families together because you are all under the same roof but each family/couple has their own space in their own condo. Mateo was great help too. Thank you guys for the great time!

excelente lugar y muy céntrico

El lugar cuenta con parquecito y picina, juegos para niños. Es tranquilo y si tiene bastante seguridad para ir tranquilamente con niños. Recomiendo avisar antes si son mas de 4 personas pues solo hay 2 camas. Pero si ocupas mas te llevan un colchon inflable. Es limpio y la estancia vale justamente lo que pagas. Ademas responde siempre y rapido tus dudas. Si buscas pasarla bien en familia esta excelente

Everything was perfect. The resort is beautiful and one of my favorite places to visit. The restaurants had delicious food, the cocktails were amazing and the staff was very friendly. Definitely worth the price for this luxurious all inclusive resort. I'll definitely stay again. Rebecca was an amazing host and I I highly recommend!
