Excellent accommodation, the view is amazing. Of the amenities everything you need to make you feel at home, from the kitchen to the bathroom and so on. I would definitely be back!

Our stay was really nice, the bungalow is super charming and the swimming pool really nice! We had a really good time. And Simona really helped us arrange everything we needed so it was super amazing.

The communication was very comforting from the moment we booked. Berenice really aims to please , she is quick to respond and very accommodating. The condo is exactly like the pictures , the surroundings are much and beautiful, everything was as expected and more ! I felt supported and guided with any questions or concerns, she was quick to answer and always with a smile . I will hopefully be back many times to come !

Stayed at this location for 6 days. Very welcoming, clean, friendly staff, and the daily fruit breakfast was a nice touch.

This place is so peaceful and beautiful. The bed was amazing, ac and fan kept us cool in this hot weather, bathroom was cute and had hot water, we felt very safe and walked home from visiting a friend. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay, a hidden gem 💎 . We had such a nice time here very peaceful and just a block from the open water and restaurants.

This house in the middle of the jungle gave us just what we needed... A space to relax, coexist and connect with nature. We really enjoyed the resting areas (we love the net and the hammocks). Very grateful to the host, who felt super good with the instructions, in addition to showing us how well equipped the house is to enjoy the space at 100. We returned very happy about this experience in a space that I would describe as unique.

Place was really nice. Pool amazing! Love that it had a restaurant/bar and gym located inside downstairs (unfortunately we weren't there long enough to use either). Not much around walking distance but cool if you have bike/scooter. I've been to Tulum a few times and they are building this area up - I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE IT AS IT GROWS. I only gave low stars for pricing because compared to the place we were staying before coming to this location, we paid for 2 nights what we paid for one here (both had rooftop pools). Oh! And there's a concierge here who was amazing. Everyone seemed super friendly. I'd come back.

It will be hard to encompass how much we loved staying at Catherine and Cheto’s place. Not only was the location easily accessible to the downtown area, ferry and other locations but our hosts were lovely. They went above and beyond to accommodate and for that, it will be a memorable stay with us. They even helped us find a few Catholic trinkets that we needed for my brother’s wedding around town to avoid having to go back to Playa (which they did not have to do)! The room was spacious, pristine and with a beautiful pool that was convenient after a long day. In addition, they were filled with knowledge and recommendations for Cozumel which made our experience that much more amazing. We can’t wait to come back!

Casa Bau is an excellent accommodation option for those who like hostels, very clean, two blocks from the Tulum bus station, the staff's service is very friendly, the pool is ideal for relaxing, simply one of the best hostels I have visited. I hope to return soon

What a beautiful place to stay in Tulum and beautifully decorated for my friends’ 40th birthday. Our entire group had a wonderful time enjoying the private pool and the other amenities on the property. Through the hosts’ partners, we loved having a private chef for 2 of our meals and were close enough to the beach clubs and other restaurants. One big caveat for everyone who stays in Tulum should know that the sewage system is extremely sensitive and that excessive amounts of toilet paper will slow down or clog the toilet! One of our toilets was clogged and fixed within 24 hours. The property manager was very responsive through any issues!

Our time at Kathy's place was very nice. We were looking for a quiete place to have some time for us and this place really gives you time for that. I loved to sit at the veranda and to watch all the birds flying around in the garden. We could pick oranges and zitrones everyday. Kathy was always there for any questions and helped us organizing things. Thank you so much, Kathy:)

Excellent, very nice, cozy, personally I loved it, the concept, the spaces are close to restaurants in the center of Izamal, both hosts are very attentive, they provided us with tourist information, I highly recommend them.

Everything was perfect: The apartment is so beautiful and I loved the decoration! As a remote worker it was lovely to sit here and work on my computer. It is quiet at night for a good sleep, but still very close to restaurants. Everything was very clean and kitchen equipment was modern and easy to use. Flexible self check-in with key box. Also Oliver is a very nice person 😊 muchas gracias!

Our stay was fantastic, the location is great and directly next to the police station / hospital (which came in handy when one of us got food poisoning midway through the trip). There are a ton of restaurants and supermarkets that are walkable and city center/downtown is a 15-20 min walk. The grounds were beautiful, normally once you see the Airbnb in person, you realize the pictures make it look better than what it really is but this was the first Airbnb I stayed in where the Airbnb was better than the photos. We also assumed the pools in the photos in front of the units would be off limits (and only used by the people staying in those units) but those are available for everyone staying at Xalet! The sauna wasn’t working, that was the only negative.

This is a magical place. Has 4 Mayan pyramids free to explore and climb!! You won't see this in the whole peninsula. Excellent food nearby. The pool was great. The staff great too

Amazing place and host. Looks way better than the pictures!! I highly recommended to anyone visiting Tulum!

The gallery is very nice and interesting, the beds are comfortable and you really appreciate that the rooms have air conditioning, having two bathrooms is very useful when you stay with more than one person. Ed was very attentive and kind at all times, I highly recommend him, we hope to stay with Ed next year.

I really enjoyed the place, I would definitely come back.
