The property was clean, well-maintained, and well-equipped with everything I needed for our stay. The host was very friendly and helpful. They were quick to respond to my messages and provided me with all the information I needed for my stay. I would definitely stay at this property again and would highly recommend it to others.

Very peaceful place, great escape from the city and quite nearby to a few hot spring resorts. The surrounding is definitely a few even when the weather’s not so bright. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Host was kind enough to share their birthday cake and spread the joy. Could tell the owner definitely spare efforts in building this place. Will definitely come back for a second time if visiting Lipa again :)

No words can describe our stay at Villa Natura, i am very happy Villa Natura team exceeded our expectations. I’m also happy that my family enjoyed their stay even my sister keeps on complimenting the place as it is very homey even my father wants the place and dreaming of same house in the future. Overlooking the Taal is one of the highlights of our stay! I also want to thank Villa Natura team for accomodating my request to change my booking last minute and giving me discount ☺️ We’re really looking forward to stay here again.

This is a gem! Our stay at this Airbnb was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property was incredibly clean, spacious and surrounded by peaceful nature, creating the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. My family had the best time here. We felt comfortable, relaxed, and completely at home. The pool and hot tub were the highlights of the trip. We spent hours soaking in the beautiful surroundings. The whole place was spotless which we greatly appreciated. The kitchen quickly became a favorite gathering spot. It was well equipped and expansive (good for large groups). The staff were amazing! They were friendly, responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Check in was incredibly smooth and hassle-free, which set a great tone for the rest of our trip. This place has everything you need for a peaceful, memorable getaway. I can't recommend it highly enough, and we're already looking forward to coming back!

I had a wonderful stay and was able to relax for a couple of days. The place was peaceful, clean, and exactly what I needed for a short getaway. The host was welcoming and made sure everything was perfect. The only problem I encountered was that there were times that the WiFi was not working, but overall, it was a great stay. Would definitely stay here again!

The Owner Tita Mila is very accomodating and right when we arrived, sweet mangoes and some candies are waiting for us. Thank you for being a kind and respectful host. We called the resort ahead of time since they are not responding to my initial queries but everything is well and good. Pet-friendly resort and the care taker is accomodating too, t'was a home away from home. Photos are not updated but were surprised to see a renovated unit. Maintained clean beach front and has enough parking to accomodate guests.

We spent our Christmas eve at Jovencio’s place. The place was huge enough for us. Even when we were such a big group, there were enough beds for everybody - and the place has a hall which has enough space to do games and party. They also served meals, which was very convenient for us, because we did not have to bring and cook anything. The food was great. Ang sarap ng pancit!!! We’re really grateful for their service. Everybody was so welcoming and nice. Thank you to everybody who made our Christmas party even more fun and memorable.

If you want to spend time with your loved ones with no distractions, MyFarmhouse will give you that. Its quite remote hence its more natural and peaceful. We went there with our dog and loved every minute of our stay. The host is available on cell and their caretaker is always there to take care of any of your needs at all times. The house is very clean n well maintained with lovely artifacts. It has all the facilities available. It is very spacious and can easily fit 4 people (since it has a pull out bed also). The kitchen has everything you may need in a kitchen. There were some basic grocery items also provided. All you need to carry is your own food & water. The outside of the house is quite big and it has birds, chickens n horse. Its all very natural and calming. With a lovely view of Mt. Malarayat, its a wonderful getaway. We spent the new year's eve at Isla Maria. Despite the rain, we had a great time. The host is very responsive. Assistance in the island is always available within their stated hours. The rooms are quite old but clean. Would be good if they could do frequent repairs and redesign. Make it more cabin feel. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway place near the metro, to be one with nature - then this is for you.

Mike is a super host! All of our desires for this trip were met because of Mike's help. Their place is clean, spacious and really good for a big group. The house also has a centralized aircon. Another plus factor is the exclusive beachclub access. Their mom, Ms. Cely, was also very accommodating to us. Will definitely recommend Mike's place to our family and friends :)

It’s our 2nd time to stay in The Baysprings Family Rest House and we did enjoy our stay. The place is very homey & relaxing. Ms. Menchu is indeed a great host & Ms. Lizzel is very nice & responsive as well. Really love this place!🥰👍

I had a pleasant stay! The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The location is peaceful and relaxing—perfect for a quiet getaway. Plus, it's conveniently close to SM Lipa, which made shopping and dining easy. Highly recommended!

Casa Luminaria was more than what our group of 16 expected. The place was unique and offered a lot of open spaces where the adults and the youth could hang around to chat or just snooze. Loved the pool! It was just the right temperature for either a morning or evening swim, plus it was really photogenic. The staff was nice enough to prepare us a spot for a bonfire which we never really got to use because we were already blissfully distracted with our card games. The property is secluded enough and vast that we didn’t have to worry about being too noisy for the neighbors. You could see that the place needed some cosmetic fix-ups, with some dried leaves and plants on the ground, the roof and in the gardens. But, overall, it was a nicely located charmingly rustic piece of heaven for young folks and seniors. Rowena supplied drinking water & a coffee maker but do drop by one of the fresh buko stalls nearby. Appreciated how Rowena was so accommodating. Definitely worth a return visit!

Our family of five had a fantastic stay. As the only guests on the premises, we enjoyed a sense of exclusivity. The property's spaciousness and the variety of activities within walking distance were perfect for keeping us entertained. The true highlight of our stay was the three wonderfully warm pools. During the chilly and rainy season, these pools provided a cozy oasis where we could relax and have fun despite the weather. Whether it was a relaxing dip or hours of family swimming, these pools were an absolute blessing. To top it off, we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade for the night, ensuring we stayed warm and comfortable. The staff's outstanding service made our stay even more memorable, as they catered to our every need, despite the smaller guest count. This place surpassed our expectations, offering the perfect setting for a delightful family getaway during the rainy, cold season.

Exceeded our expectations. Just a little improvement with regards to the bathroom, it was clogged. But, overall the place is great and will definitely go back again. Thank you.

The location is very peaceful despite being in the city. The host was very responsive as we booked the accomodation last minute. Everything was ready when we arrived at the location.
