Aesthetically great, feels like home. Clean and the home furnish are of good quality. We enjoyed the heated pool and sauna. It really is a big factor that they have their own water source and dispenser. Spacious and I think an additional amenities like a billiard table would be fun to have in that kind of place. Hosts are very responsive and friendly too.

Place is very private, perfect for those wanting peaceful but fun weekend getaway. Only 2hrs from Manila via SLEX/Star Tollway. Speedboat already waiting for us upon arrival. There’s so much do to — water activities, karaoke, netflix or just chill all day by the pool with the best view of Taal Lake. House is clean, well maintained and almost complete. Caretakers live next door so it’s very convenient if you need anything. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to our next visit!

This was already our second stay at Marianne's place, which in itself is already testimony to the fact that we like it. Marianne and her brother Ian are excellent hosts that made us feel very welcome. They came across as honest, hard-working and service-minded hosts that were willing to go the extra mile for their guests. The house itself feels very spacious thanks to the extension at the back. It is decorated with beautiful handmade and unique wooden furniture that give the place a very homey feeling. The house is located within a gated community that made us feel very safe. Thank you for letting us stay at your place.

its our second time here and we loved it! Maricel's place is already our go to place everytime we come home from Singapore. Her place is very beautiful. She and her husband is very accommodating and very friendly. They always check on us if we are comfortable and if we need anything. Had a great time staying in this unit. It has lived up to its name - The Cozy Home; really cozy and homey indeed. It has all the amenities we asked for. The place was also peaceful and quiet, conducive for relaxing and family time.

Hi. We enjoyed our short time stay in this house We felt comfy and we spent well out time to rest Very quiet place and the whole house is very cozy , complete appliances that you can use.

We enjoyed Measy’s place. It was very clean, clutter free and well thought off. We are visiting from out of the country so we appreciated that there was a washer along with fresh towels for us to use. The beds were comfortable as well. Love that there is a cafe right by the entrance of the gated neighborhood. Above all, Measy was very responsive and helpful. Super close to Robinson’s mall. Definitely worth a second stay. We are a frequent visitor of BK, we usually stay in the Lodge or in the open cottages but it’s our first time to stay at Julia’s place. We’ve had a wonderful time here, felt like home. Very private and perfect for family gatherings. my kid really enjoyed the spacious living room. The kitchen is complete with cooking utensils. The bathroom has a hot shower. We will definitely come back and will consider booking Julia’s place again.

We went a day after the Pahiyas Festival to avoid the crowd, yet get to see the beautiful houses with decors. The property has ample parking space within the gated property so it's safe and since the location is still within the town proper, we didn't have to bring our cars. Walking to the Church and around the town is not a problem. The kitchen is equipped enough for you to do basic cooking. If you need something that is not available at hand, like for us, the griller and the kitchen scissors, June will provide it at once. We even asked for some banana leaves from their backyard and they gave it to us for our impromptu boodle fight. The garden suite is very spacious and private. We barely noticed that there were other guests in the other units they have. It's very cozy and it feels like home.

Angel is a great host! She was super helpful with all our questions and challenges. Very friendly and fast, even responded during the night. Definitely worth the price!

The place was nice. We are a family of 8 and there are a lot of rooms and beds. All of the rooms are airconditioned. The jacuzzi was great. Even if we went there when the clubhouse pool was closed (Wednesday), the jacuzzi is readily available and free. There are a lot of tables and chairs too outside. It feels very homey and comfortable. The house is nice. The beach was a good 5-7mins walk. It's not that far and the community is safe. The walking ground is flat and it is not tiring. The beach is nice, there are also free cabannas at the beach. It's peaceful. The check in and out are very flexible because the owner and caretaker is easy to talk to as long as there are no guests after ypur stay, you can extend with a fee. There's also ready drinking water and dispenser for consumption. Thank you again for accommodating us.

Great place, nice neighbourhood, clean, spacious and comfortable. We had no problems and communication was quite good. The only negative we had was a small one, which was that they had advertised a ‘free washer’ but there was no washing machine. There is a laundry a block or two away, but they charge and don’t provide an immediate service.

Looooved the bnb 😍 went there last holy weekend and there were only a few guests- everything’s quiet, secluded, and felt exclusively just for you. Sunset is beautiful. Joey/ host is also super nice and kind, very responsive when it comes to our concerns. Staff were so nice! And very welcoming, made sure everything’s convenient for us even though the location’s isolated- gave us cooking oil, changed our bidet SUPER FAST! Shout out to Kuya Nino!!! Such an excellent experience for us from the get go- the beautiful boat ride on the way to the island, the cool natural spring water of their pool would make sure you beat the heat, everything’s just super nice! A good spot to relax in Laguna. A quiet and gated community. Easy access to shops and malls with GRAB.

The accommodation was smooth and hassle-free. The owner was very responsive and accommodating to all my inquiries. Everything in the house was brand new and squeaky clean. The pool was definitely a bonus! All essentials were readily available for use. The beds and linens were fresh and fragrant, and the comfort rooms were absolutely luxurious. Highly recommended!
