We are located in the heart of the vineyard area called « graves » just next to « Pessac-Léognan ». The local shops are walking distance and offer lot of choice (3 bakeries, 2 butchers, a grocer…) so you won’t have to go far to fill the fridge ! The kitchen/living room opens onto a sunny terrace as well as a little garden, perfect for sipping wine while watching the kids play !

Around the property you will find many shops, restaurants, parks and a zoo. House with wooded garden (secure indoor parking) in a residential area.

You can also benefit from public transport with bus 78 at the foot of the accommodation or the train at Gazinet station to go to Bordeaux or Arcachon.

TO BE SPECIFIED: The house is intended for six people as part of families or couples. For workers, it's three people since there are three beds. THERE IS NO CLEANING FEE AND TRAVELERS MUST CLEAN THE HOUSE BEFORE THEIR DEPARTURE.
