Vineyard and campus studio

Charming studio of 20 m2, annexed to our house. Enjoy the calm of the Haut Brion vineyards while being close to the Talence SNCF train station, tram B and the campus (10 min walk), the center of Bordeaux (15 min by train, 30 by tram) and the ring road. We lend a bicycle! Equipped kitchen: microwave, fridge, dishes, coffee machine + salt, oil, coffee, tea... Linens, towels, soap and shampoo provided. Bed made on arrival. Small dedicated garden Parking place is available in front of the house

Welcome to our fully renovated house in the very center of the village of La Brède, famous for Montesquieu. We are located in the heart of the vineyard area called « graves » just next to « Pessac-Léognan ». The local shops are walking distance and offer lot of choice (3 bakeries, 2 butchers, a grocer…) so you won’t have to go far to fill the fridge ! The kitchen/living room opens onto a sunny terrace as well as a little garden, perfect for sipping wine while watching the kids play !

You can visit the region easily: we are 30 minutes from Bordeaux and 1 hour from the coast.
