Charming studio of 20 m2, annexed to our house. Enjoy the calm of the Haut Brion vineyards while being close to the Talence SNCF train station, tram B and the campus (10 min walk), the center of Bordeaux (15 min by train, 30 by tram) and the ring road. We lend a bicycle! Equipped kitchen: microwave, fridge, dishes, coffee machine + salt, oil, coffee, tea... Linens, towels, soap and shampoo provided. Bed made on arrival. Peaceful stay for the family at the gates of Bordeaux (20 minutes from the center by car, 15 minutes from the tram, 7 minutes from the A62). Ideal for walks in the vineyards of Pessac-Léognan or in the forest. Arcachon Bay is 45 minutes by car. Shops nearby (convenience stores, restaurants, biocoop...).
