The apartment is quite spacious and very well located in the city center. The reception staff is always helpful and competent.

Our stay at Buona Vitta was wonderful! Worth too much, all impeccable, resort staff are polite and helpful, royal breakfast and high-end accommodations! Everything went according to plan. Pedro very attentive and we arrived at the apartment with ease. The fact of being inside the Serrano hotel helps a lot. From to use all the facilities of the hotel, restaurants, Prawer's shop, beauty salon… Very good. Only the control of the TV is not very good and few hangers working, most are broken. Outdoing this the apartment is super comfortable, wonderful bed and shower, super smelling bedding. Very good! We will be back!

Lovely place, my family had fun and we enjoyed a lot, wonderful loft, everything a resort offers, we'll be back.

Franciele, extremely pleasant , was always on hand to assist . We had previously stayed at the hotel , I have 2 children and really worth it for those who have children , especially for the well-structured kids space and with helpers from 09:00 to 22:00. The hotel also has a restaurant that offers all meals . Wonderful Hotel Infrastructure, we'll definitely be back.

It was spectacular. The hotel is fantastic and the attention Adriano Renato gave us was sensational, very attentive, helpful and considerate. Breakfast is a true gastronomic feast. The bath is excellent and the bed is very cozy. We will certainly return!!!!
