The stay was great, it is very close to the Ferris wheel, restaurants, grocery store and next to the building, and as for access to the beach, it is just across the street. The apartment is large, and with all the furniture you need to feel at home. All rooms have bedding, sheets, pillows, pillowcases and blankets, and bath and face towels, all complete. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances, wonderful. Air conditioning in all rooms, and a balcony with a view of the sea, which, here's a tip, deserves a table for breakfast or a special dinner. We loved the accommodation, and we intend to return as soon as possible.

Finding Fran's apt was a true oasis, especially after a bad experience with another Airbnb. From the beginning, she was attentive mto, advancing the check-in by hours and receiving us well. The apt was clean, smelling, organized and well equipped, as well as being beautiful and cozy and, on top of it only 3m from the beach! We spent incredible days, including my fiancée's level, who even received an affectionate msg from Fran. The only problem was having to leave, because the place is so welcoming that it makes you want to live rs.. In the words of my fiancée: “Spending a few days at Fran's apt is like arriving at a friend's house who welcomes you with open arms, guarantees support and still makes you super at ease.” We still had the privilege of an extended checkout, which made the stay even more comfortable. Without a doubt, one of the best Airbnbs we've ever rented! Fran, thank you for everything! Your property was a true refuge for us. Abraços, Tati and Leandro.

Espaço in accordance with the images, I even thought that the photos would have been taken on the 5x but the environment is really large and accommodated well the whole family, all very clean well organized, the only complaint would be of the syndicate Izabel, unfortunately one of the women entered through the social entrance without knowing that she could not and took a loud and disrespectful tone, with threats to file a complaint in the real estate, I found offensive and super unnecessary tone even after the exit through the gate and entering the correct gate the complaints continued! But about the environment is marvellous would come back for sure! Note 10

We love the house, well equipped and has everything you need to spend your stay, in the kitchen I thought it was very cool, which is available salt, sugar, coffee, oil, vinegar and seasonings to cook, basic things that we don't need to worry about. Bed and towels were clean and smelling. In the bathrooms there were available, soap, toothpaste and toilet paper. Host Bárbara is very dear, was very attentive to all the details of the house for us to receive, responded quickly and was very flexible with chekin and checkout. We were welcomed with a basket full of treats, mineral water in the refrigerator and a handwritten letter of welcome❤️. Dolphin Beach is beautiful is close to the house, we did the amazing boat ride. We visit other beaches of Governador Celso Ramos and all are beautiful 😍 Thank you and I will see you soon 😘🫶

the place is too much, the house is exactly like the photos, big house, the pool is show, the barbecue and pool spaces were well used by us, superIdo, Marilda and her husband were very attentive to us, I just have to thank you, wonderful holidays, we will come back at the next opportunity and I will refer you to my friends and acquaintances.

It was a great experience, great house, private location, but well located, impeccable cleanliness, not to mention the promptness of Beto and Leia. The land is large, with ample vegetation and a spectacular lawn, where you can enjoy the sunset sitting on the grass among trees and birds nesting.

The property is exactly as described, but the listing does not highlight the incredible tranquility of the place. The children loved the environment. The whole town was organized and clean. We intend to go back and we already recommend it to several friends. As for hosts, they were extremely helpful and always quick to respond.

Wonderful place, facing the beach. Waking up with a wonderful sun in your window is very special. Going to sleep listening to the waves of the sea and seeing the place from your bedroom window is great. Itapema proved to be an excellent beach, full of activities, good restaurants, clean sand, great shops around. Kind and polite people... a paradise.

Perfect studio in great location! I loved my stay at Manhattan Flats. The space is modern, well decorated, comfortable and very clean. The location is excellent, close to the beach and everything I needed. The building has a great structure, with well-equipped gym and a leisure area with pool table that was a plus in the experience. Ideal for relaxing and also maintaining the training routine. Super recommend and I will definitely return!
