This is listed as an entire place, because you have a spacious one bedroom basement apartment with a locked entrance and everything you need, such as a room, bathroom, a mini fridge, a microwave, a TV, etc. , however, if you need a washer/dryer or a bigger fridge and kitchen, you have access to the shared (with one other person occasionally) space upstairs. Very nice, clean condo. Safe neighborhood. Central location. Close to all shopping and dining and easy access to surrounding neighborhoods.

Cozy cabin w/ A/C tucked in the woods on my 9 acre farm. Overlooks pasture with horses. Horse treats provided. No running water but 2 five gallon jugs provided Showers available at main house. Also water available at spigot behind log cabin. My place is located on west side of Youngstown in the middle of everything!Minutes away from restaurants,shopping and all kind of businesses,2 miles from I-80,5 miles from downtown Youngstown,3 miles from Casino,less than a mile from grocery store.There's also local food mart with gas station and laundromat right next door.For our guests we offer shampoo,conditioner,body wash,dish soap which are animal cruelty free.The apartment is on the first floor of the building and has separate entrance

Home in the Village

Relax at this peaceful & safe home right in the heart of Canfield. A simple but nice home to stay while you visit family or enjoy the surroundings and local events. Especially now with our reduced rates on this fixer upper. We did some remodeling in mid ‘24 but it’s a work in progress. That said, it’s cozy and close to bike trails, restaurants and a major highway but it lacks a dishwasher, ceiling fans, upstairs laundry and an updated kitchen. But that’s why the price is where it’s at.

Boardman House

This is our guest house on our 2 acre park like property. We completely gutted and renovated this entire house. Pictures tell the story. Completely private and peaceful for all of our guests. Why book a hotel when you can stay in a home you’ll fall in love with? Probably not a better place in the area. We are less than 1/2 mile to St. Elizabeth Hospital, Boardman, Ohio. Close to all major shopping, restaurants, etc. My fiancé and I live in the main house and work full time.
