Very clean and a great location - minutes walk to the Sirena store for groceries and to the Malecon. Yakayra was always very responsive, excellent host. I would definitely stay here again.

This was my 3rd staying at this property. The apartment feels like home! Ambar (property manager) is by far the greatest communicator in the business, super friendly and responsive. I'm coming back to Puerto Plata in August and needless to stay I'll be staying here again!!

I had a really great experience staying here. The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The location was super convenient, close to everything I needed, but still quiet enough for a relaxing stay. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and they were very helpful and responsive throughout.

First time traveling alone so by the time I arrived my brain was ready to relax. I easily adjusted and did feel at home from the start with the premises being clean and well maintained. They provided a lot of information that benefited the first time traveler. Ex Contacting a cab for a flight to the airport. For those who overthink like me, this small detail helped me focus on my vacation and relax. Everything was explained on the first day and didn’t feel like I was being scammed as I returned home. My ideal vacation is one where I could relax and the host ensured I was able to. Highly recommend and will be reaching out during my future vacations. The house is stunning, and the neighborhood is equally lovely. It’s a peaceful and tranquil place, exactly as described. Everything was perfect! The pool was amazing! But when we visited, the tree fence around it wasn’t fully grown yet, so it’s a bit too exposed. It’s a gated community, so only the guards passed by. Alicia Beach 🏖️ was great! It’s about 20-25 minutes from the house by car. There are others, similar distances. There was supermarket delivery and you have a Chef available for a fee. Will most likely be back!

The villa is prettier than in the photos, everything was clean and organized. There were enough towels and sheets and the arrival and departure was flexible. Jackson is very kind, we will definitely return.

Such a beautiful place with plenty of space and charm. Being close to the open natural Environment - a few bugs maybe spotted in the patio area. Overall a beautiful place and I would stay again.

What a great place to start our family vacation in Sosúa. Robert and Kat were so easy to communicate with, and aside from the slightest hiccup upon arrival (a very minor miscommunication with the security gate, which was very quickly addressed and fixed by Kat), it was truly a perfect stay. I only wish we could have stayed longer! Super easy to get to the beach, close to grocery stores, a great restaurant within SOV, and a few playground and water park options that the kids loved…something for everyone! The villa is in a newer section of SOV that is still in development, so some construction is happening on the periphery, though it wasn’t loud or disruptive to our peace in any way. All in all it was a super comfortable home base for so many DR experiences, would absolutely stay there again.

My family and I had a good time. The apartment was well furnished and the facilities very nice. Private beach access is highly valued. I would stay again.

As a frequent traveler to Sosua, I've stayed just about all the nice places but Rob's place is by far the nicest with all the amenities you'll need for a comfortable stay. If available for my future trips, this is most definitely where I'll be staying. Thanks Rob for being a wonderful host

GREAT LOCATION !! Beautiful playa Alicia beach in front of you, numerous cafes, restaurants and town center around the corner easy 4-5 min walk away ! We have stayed here humorous times before - always a great experience. Nice, spacious 2 bdrm, 2 bath condo with laundry - always impeccably clean and beds are very comfortable for a peaceful sleep. 5 Stars - you can't go wrong with this beautiful condo retreat.
