The countless reviews say it all: this place and Murilo's hospitality are both exceptional. Best to check it out for yourself as my review won't do it justice. A few highlights: the kitchen is fully equipped, the space is family friendly, and the landscape is amazing. This is my favorite airbnb booking, and I travel a lot. A great home to explore the Geres area and park. Beautiful view from the porch, convenient living room and a kitchen with everything you will need for a short or long stay. The bedrooms are spacious and linen comfortable. The house was spotless clean and Margarida was quick to respond to any question we had. Highly recommend if you plan to visit the Geres area.

Si je pouvais je donnerais une note encore plus élevée que 5 étoiles à cet hébergement.L’endroit est tout simplement sublime,tranquille, ultra propre et bien équipé,la vue est spectaculaire de l’intérieur du logement comme de l’extérieur, la terrasse est très grande et bien équipée, les piscines et l’environnement sont ultra propres.Ce fût un de mes plus beaux séjours.

This was one of the most breathtaking views I’ve ever had at an Airbnb. The scenery was stunning, and the setting felt wonderfully secluded yet still just 15 minutes from the nearest supermarket (via a charming, winding road). The house was very comfortable and included a lovely pool — a perfect spot to unwind and take in the beauty around. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway.

A estadia correu incrivelmente bem. Estavamos com expectativas elevadas, mas conseguiu superar as mesmas. A casa está muito bem localizada e a decoração é maravilhosa! Por mim, o João e a Debora são impressionantes como anfitriões, não deixaram nada ao acaso e sempre disponíveis para ajudar. A repetir com toda a certeza!

Une vraie et incroyable expérience! Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique dans cette petite maison, une vue extraordinaire, un jardin très sympa, une propreté excellent et un garage fermé. La communication avec le propriétaire a été très fluide et efficace. Je recommande sans aucun doute.

We travelled in a group of 5 , 2 couples +1 adult. The host living in the next house seems only speak Portuguese but very friendly. You can write in English via messaging apps. Communication was not an issue at all

Of all the Airbnb we have stayed, Francisca's house is one of the best. The house is great with comfortable beds, and the grounds around are amazing, with beautiful views. We were there in early June, and having breakfast outside was amazing. Francisca had eggs and lettuce for us, and there were oranges to pick up from trees for breakfast. The house is located within short drives to Braga, Guimareis, and Porto, so you can take day trips there and come back to this peaceful place. Francisca is a very good host, and we liked staying there because it is a family business.

Nada de lo que diga hará honor a la estancia que tuvimos. Ideal para desconectar y parar el tiempo. Tanto la casa como la piscina son una maravilla para detenerse a contemplar.

La casita es maravillosa y acogedora, incluso más bonita de lo que se ve en las fotos. La zona donde se encuentra es increíble para poder hacer rutas de senderismo y visitar cascadas. Volvería sin dudarlo! Ha sido una estancia de 10

We really enjoyed our stay at Tue’s house. It is a great size with good bedrooms and plenty of living space. Ideal for our family of 7. The house is well equipped with plenty to do - swimming pool, bikes, pool table, large garden etc. The local area is very quiet with a good beach and some nice local walks. The weather wasn’t great while we were there, which was unfortunate and meant we couldn’t make full use of the pool etc. but it was great on the sunny days. It could perhaps be improved with some soft covers for the sun beds and maybe another sun umbrella. All in all though we had a great stay.

Endroit magnifique, des paysages somptueux, une maison très belle et fonctionnelle , les propriétaires a l’écoute et très réactif, un endroit paisible et calme à souhait, piscine magnifique et spa reposant. Équipement intérieur complet . Un hameau de paix que je recommande pour une famille avec enfants pour le plaisir de tous .

What a WONDERFUL stay at this charming farmhouse! From the moment we arrived it was perfect! The property is so beautiful with its lovely gardens, fruit trees & the view of the mountains. We spent the majority of our time, when we were not out exploring, enjoying the pool & having all our dinners outside under the covered outdoor grilling area. We took advantage of the grill & enjoying pizza (yes, there is a fabulous pizza oven!). The house was so comfortable, clean & the kitchen had everything we needed & more. Carlos & Christina are stunning hosts....so kind & friendly & gave us so many suggestions of what to do in the area...restaurants, villages, waterfalls, etc. We CAN'T WAIT to return! Obrigada for a wonderful stay! (note - if you are driving be mindful as directly accessing the property can be tight if you have a larger car)

Alojamento com grandes condições para receber 5 pessoas. Os quartos são espaçosos e bem ventilados com direito a uma vista fenomenal para o rio Cávado. Cozinha otimamente equipada. Conseguimos confecionar refeições completas sem qualquer problema. A localização, mesmo junto ao rio, permite envolver-nos com a Natureza. De realçar a prontidão da anfitriã em aceder a qualquer dúvida ou pedido durante toda a estadia.

We had such a glorious stay, we cannot recommend it enough. Carolina was super responsive and accommodating, gave us amazing recommendations of restaurants and kindly booked a couple of reservations for us. Everything is within walking distance throughout the city. The apartment is surrounded with beautiful views. The plunge pool was a lovely bonus to cool down in the late afternoon, not overlooked at all. Thank you again x

Fantastic property. House itself is immaculate, exactly as represented in the photos. However outdoor area is where to spend your time. Amazing pool area, outdoor kitchen / BBQ, massive table under pergola to laze the hot days away, and spend every evening cooking, eating and just having a good time. We survived the ‘great Spain and Portugal power outage’ while there, and it was probably our best night - BBQ, candles !. Max 15-20 minutes into Geres National Park for stellar hiking. Cannot recommend this property more 👍👍

Pedro's place is a beautiful, peaceful and tranquil location with beautiful views hills and lake. Pedro was accommodating and helpful right from the start with heaps of fantastic recommendations on places to visit and always responded to any question promptly. The house is in a very small village along a very narrow road so you definitely need a car, however within 15-20 mins drive there are an abundance of amazing hikes, look outs and waterfalls. my children especially enjoyed waking up to the chickens and seeing the local farmers (right next door) move their cows and sheep each morning and afternoon. The house is really big with plenty of space for our family of 5 and we really recommend this place.

Wir waren eine Woche zu sechst in dem Haus und hatten eine fantastische Zeit! Leider war es draußen eher kalt und hat fast durchgängig nur geregnet, sodass wir die tolle Außenanlage mit Pool nur sehr wenig genutzt haben. Aber auch bei Regen kann man dort super entspannen: drinnen am Kamin auf der Couch, mit Gesellschaftsspielen am großen Esstisch, beim Billard oder Dart. Draußen bietet der überdachte Bereich am Steinofen und Grillplatz selbst bei Regen einen gemütlichen Ort, wir haben dort gegrillt, Pizza gebacken und zusammen Sport gemacht. Der Ausblick vom Pool und dem Steintisch oben ist mindestens so schön wie auf den Fotos, traumhaft! Die Betten sind super bequem, wir haben hervorragend geschlafen. Nebenan bellen Hunde, daran haben wir uns aber schnell gewöhnt. Die Lage ist schon sehr weit vom Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt, mit Auto aber kein Problem. César war ein hervorragender Gastgeber, hat uns sogar nachts empfangen und war jederzeit erreichbar und super nett!
