Autumn Refuge – A quiet retreat

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

An attic between the mountains and the river

The attic is located on the second and top floor and is complete with kitchen, living room with fireplace and two bedrooms. The exposed wood roof gives the room a warm, typical mountain atmosphere. From the windows you can enjoy the magnificent mountain panorama. Suitable for a cool summer break from the hot cities or a winter getaway in a relaxing atmosphere in front of the fireplace. Access to the attic requires a flight of wooden stairs. To be considered for people with reduced mobility.

Immersed in the nature of the Simbruini Mountains, you can rediscover an ancient and natural environment inspired by the early 1900s. You will not find the comforts of a hotel room, but the unique experience of spending a weekend rediscovering the ancient customs of peasant culture. Casina Giulia - in the historic center with a view

Beautiful recently renovated historic house with a splendid view of the mountains of the Roveto Valley. Spread over three levels, it has a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen, two bathrooms and a living room at the entrance (with a sofa bed). A few meters away, there are free parking lots, usually free. Supermarket, pharmacy, bars and restaurants within walking distance and located within 700 meters. 30 m from the important historical site of the Emissary Claudio Torlonia.

Joly's house was renovated a few weeks ago in a modern style. It has 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen, wifi and hairdryer. The property has a private outdoor space where you can park. The area is quiet, peaceful and away from traffic. The location is ideal for visiting the Cunicoli di Claudio (3 minutes away), for mountain excursions (Velino, Ovindoli and several local trails). It is about 110 km from Pescara airport and about 1 hour from Rome.
