Tiny house situated in Porto Pollo “ paradise of kite and windsurf”. It’s is a studio full equipped. Perfect for couple or small family, there is a queen bed and a sofa bed. From the covered patio you can watch a bay and a valley. The kitchen is full equipped ( microwave, coffee machine and boiler). A second shower is situated in the patio. Wi-Fi, tv, washing machine, air conditioner are even included. Moreover there is a private parking. It is 5 km far away to Palau and 35 km from Olbia.

The villa, surrounded by a very large garden, has spacious furnished verandas and a beautiful private pool that is heated in April, May, and October and is completely reserved. It consists of a large living room, a kitchen with an oven, a refrigerator and a dishwasher; two double bedrooms, one with direct access to the pool, and a third double bedroom, two bathrooms with showers and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. There is also a nice BBQ area with a pizza oven in the garden.

It is a large room of about 50 square meters, with a separate sleeping area and a single sofa bed in the living area. Outside, in the courtyard, there is a laundry room and a freezer. It is a small village house that I renovated without altering its features. It has a kitchenette with two induction stoves, a smart TV in the living room, Wi-Fi connection, hot/cold heat pump.

It is located in the centre of Cannigione: shops, restaurants, night clubs, markets, pharmacies and emergency medical care are all within walking distance. The beach is less than 1 km from the flat.

Overlooking the sea, the holiday home "Casa Relax Vista Mozzafiato" in Arzachena impresses guests with its fantastic views. The 110 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. One of the bedrooms is located in a separate building next to the main house, along with one of the bathrooms.
