Monthly Rentals in Canon's Town

Margaret’s place was perfect for our 2 week holiday in Cornwall. Ideally situated very close to St Erth railway station which was perfect for us as we decided to travel without the car and use public transport to get around. The bungalow was spacious, very clean, very well equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday. The fully enclosed garden with seating, Sun loungers and bbq is a great asset when the weather permits! Margaret is a great host, good communication and quick response. The accommodation is exactly as described in the listing. We travelled via train & bus to St Ives, Penzance, Mousehole, Falmouth, Truro, Padstow and Newquay, all easily accessible from St Erth station. Locally we ate at The Watermill pub which was a 15 minute stroll away, friendly staff and tasty food. Hayle is only a 3 minute rail journey away (or a 20-30 min walk) and has an expanse of beach which is perfect to visit on a hot sunny day. We would definitely choose to stay here again!!

Julias place was excellent. It was spotless and exactly like it was in the photos and more....We had complete privacy, Julia gave us complete guidance and details about the stay right after we booked. There were all the basic stuff as mentioned and we really enjoyed our stay. The field behind the stay was great and an excellent place to take a quick walk and see the beautiful area around. The train station and bus stop are at a walkable distance and there is space to park for a car. She is a lovely person, and she came to meet us before we left. She was kind to let us stay an extra hour beyond chekout as well when we asked. We would definitely recommend people to stay at her place. Thank you again for hosting us 🙂

Great hosts. Easy to find and check in. The stay itself is great, has everything needed for a solo/couple traveller. Not much bathroom space for a female though if required as it's a basin only, but kitchen can be used instead. Has a standalone hot water system, so instant heat, which I thought was fantastic. Bed was fairly good given it's a fold out. Tv and floor fan. Fridge was quite big. Driveway parking to keep the car safe too. Great stay, thanks again 🙂

Our host Julie was absolutely lovely from start to finish! Warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. She made sure I had everything I needed and shared some really helpful local tips that made my stay even more enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests and takes pride in providing a great experience. The place itself was spotless. Everything was immaculately clean, and I especially appreciated the fresh scent of the linens, it made the space feel so cozy and well cared for. The location is also fantastic, especially for anyone relying on public transport. There’s a bus stop just a 5min walk away, and St Erth train station is only about 10min on foot. Whether you’re exploring nearby towns or heading to the beach, it’s a very convenient spot. Honestly, everything I needed was already there, from basic essentials to those little thoughtful touches that make a big difference. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended!!
