The house is in perfect condition. Great for two families who want to share a house, as it has two separate homes complete with a kitchen, bathrooms, living rooms, within the same house. So inside that you are sharing a vacation and home, you can have your moments of privacy. Spacious house, large garden and barbecue. As it appears in the photos. You won't find any unpleasant surprises. It has all the utensils you could possibly need in your stay. You can store two cars inside the plot of the house. The host is wonderful, she is always attentive to everything and willing to answer any questions you may have. The only thing we had was that the house needed some thorough cleaning. The overall cleanliness was fine. Kitchen and pristine bathrooms, but in the corners and corners there were some cobwebs and dust accumulated in the hidden areas. Something that would surely be punctual and will be fixed. Recommended!

The house is spectacular, clean and tidy. The owner Toñi is a charming, super kind and attentive woman. Perfect location and a quiet place with everything very close. The truth is that we will return.

We stayed in this accommodation with 12 people and were really satisfied. The house is spacious, clean and well organized, with enough rooms and bathrooms to ensure everyone's comfort. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, perfect for cooking even for large groups. The location is excellent: quiet but convenient for reaching the center of Somo and the beaches. The owner was very helpful and quick in communications. An experience we recommend.

Everything went great. The house corresponds to the photos and description. José Ignacio has always been very available. The location of the house is very good to get around Cantabria or to enjoy the beaches of Ajo. We had a great time and will not hesitate to repeat.

The house is very good, it is large, clean and beautiful, the pool is bigger than it looks in photos and has a pretty large garden, Marta is very nice we had to go out a little late and I understood it without problems. Fear of putting any sticks the house is a little hidden and to get there you may be lost on another path, but it is nothing that the habit of being for a few days can't fix.

A fantastic house located in a beautiful area. Very good views and the area is very quiet. Located near Llanes and ideal for hiking and eating well, they were also great hosts.

The house is very nice and a porch overlooking beautiful Mt. We spent three days with some friends and all delighted with the house. Highlight that the owner( Maria Jesús) was very attentive to everything we need. We'll definitely be back.

Great family vacations

This year we decided to spend Good Night and Christmas with the family in Cantabria and, the truth, we couldn't choose a better location. Beatriz has been a great host, friendly and approachable. The house is not missing detail, this new one is spacious and has everything you need to make yourself at home. 100% recommended

We traveled from Chicago, the kids loved the place, especially the turtles, besides that, we enjoyed the house and the pool! Sandra was always responding right away, an awesome place to spend your vacation in North of Spain

A 10/10 experience. Everything was great: the accommodation was impeccable, with very well-kept and very comfortable facilities. The service was unbeatable, especially from Jaime, who was very attentive to everything and made us feel at home from the first moment. In addition, he had the thoughtfulness to leave us a delicious welcome gift, which was a great success. And what can I say about the views of the Cantabrian Sea... they had no idea how spectacular they were! We were mesmerized, staring at them. Definitely a place we would love to return to. Totally recommended.

The house is a real luxury! Spacious, modern, comfortable. If I had to say one thing, I would say that we only had one kitchen towel. It's the only downside, a minor downside, that I would give to the stay! Otherwise, a 10 out of 10

It was a family stay of two families. The house was super comfortable and made our stay very easy. Mar is an excellent host, always looking to help us. Highly recommended!

There were 11 of us staying at Casa Telva. The house is very large and all the rooms (bedrooms, living rooms, dining room, kitchen, bathrooms...) are very comfortable and spacious. The garage is very spacious to fit several cars, but as a catch, the entrance to the garage is a bit cumbersome. You can find all kinds of utensils and appliances (coffee maker, toaster, hairdryers, kettle…) even games, sun loungers, etc. Regarding the location, it is in a very well located development in the center of Llanes and at the same time in a quiet and beautiful area (it has a beautiful garden and terrace). Avelina and Rufino were wonderful hosts, very helpful and kind. We rate our stay a 10 and intend to return.
