We are pleased to offer you a stay with 2 very spacious rooms, (27m2 and 15m2), a large terrace of 30m2 and a bathroom with independent access to it, on the first floor, of a beautiful stone single-family house with capacity for 6 people. We are just 12.8 km from Santander. In a private development with a pool, just 7 km from the beaches of Liencres (Valdearenas and Canallave), a place called "Costa Quebrada" with beaches such as Covachos, Somocuevas Arnía...

Apartment on the outside of Santander of 48m2 LOCATED ON the GROUND FLOOR OF A family house in San Roman de la Llanilla(ON the UPSTAIRS FLOOR WE LIVE) 3-minute drive to Playa de la Virgen del Mar and 10 minutes downtown. Bus stop and pharmacy within 5 meters of home. 10 meters away, a small power store and a bar. Sports complex and shopping center 4 minutes drive and 15 walking distance.

Ground floor with large garden, surrounded by nature

The corner of Teo and Mía, ideal for relaxing, as it is surrounded by nature; but also for discovering different places of interest, Comillas, Cabárceno, Santillana, ... Enjoy the large garden with a picnic area just for you, and common areas. Relax while watching your kids play in the sandbox, on the mat... and reading stories selected for them. We live upstairs, with 2 kids and a dog. We don't make a fuss, but we're here for whatever you need.

Single suite apartment with full kitchen and washer dryer, in luxury residential. All the comforts (tv, nespresso coffee machine, juicer, iron, toaster, hairdryer) to spend dream days, in a privileged location. You won't need to move your car from the parking lot, located 5 minutes from the beach and also from the historic center. It has a 3000m2 garden, parking and communal pool. Excellent environment, to spend a few days with a lot of quality.

Located near the area's beaches and with good connections to Santander with a bus stop 15 meters away (also a night bus on weekends) Individual access to the room through the private terrace and without contact with other guests. The room has a refrigerator, coffee maker, and a private bathroom. Garage rental is available (check availability)

Cozy apartment in a rural house 10 minutes from the beaches, with a separate entrance, swimming pool, garden, and outdoor barbecue, surrounded by nature and animals, specifically our sheep who will be happy to meet you, but we are very sorry :-) we cannot allow pets for the safety of the sheep.
