Accommodation independent of the house, very quiet and green place. No nearby activities in the municipality. Car is essential.

I am discreetly present in a separate accommodation and remain available if needed.

Our house near Nice has two floors, one of which is entirely reserved for family, friends and Airbnb rentals. Our accommodation is not new, but we take care to ensure comfort, provide a high-quality welcome, and constantly improve what we offer. The outbuildings (swimming pool, terrace, etc.) are reserved for the occupants of the house (hosts and Airbnb guests) only. The accommodation has a separate entrance and is almost fully equipped (dishes, washing machine, sheets, etc.).

Fully equipped and air-conditioned, this lower villa includes 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds) and a sofa bed for 2 people. The garden is equipped with a small shallow pool and a jacuzzi, a wooden terrace on which you can enjoy meals under the song of cicadas, garden furniture and 2 deckchairs.
