Great apartment! Easy walk from the bustling center. Quiet and bright, welcoming and comfortable and a quick walk from the train station. Near the Musee de Beaux Arts and the other museums along with many restaurants and other sights in Rouen.

I rented this house so that my wife and her friends could have a very good time and that was the case. The house was beautiful and faithful to the photos. Yann our host is very professional and was very responsive to the few questions we had. I gave the service 5 stars because it's worth it. Only small downside, the pool water was a little cool which prevented my wife and her friends from swimming. Our host assured us that the pool settings were at a temperature of 27°C. I would not dare to contradict him, as no accessible device could verify the water temperature. I would therefore advise future travelers to take a small thermometer to be able to check if they have any doubts. Otherwise, I repeat, everything was perfect and very, very professional.
