Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Canterbury

We had a lovely stay here, Nick was an excellent host, greeted us on arrival and very helpful with local info. Nick responded almost immediately to messages and had the pool ready for us to use as and when we requested. The kids had so much fun in the pool, the floats and toys left out to use were an added bonus! House was spotless and perfectly equipped. Would definitely Recommend and would happily return. An incredible house, very well located, extremely clean and very well equipped. Close to everything but on a very quiet street. It has a nice back garden. The hosts were very kind and responded very quickly to our requests. It is the place to stay in Canterbury and I would return without hesitation

Great cottage with private parking, which is very rare and Canterbury. It was a lovely well appointed place to stay and easy to walk to everything. The host was very responsive and very helpful with recommendations of things to do. I would highly recommend this cottage and this host. We truly appreciated the handwritten welcome card and the lovely cookies they left for us.

Paul’s place is very well equipped, clean, and comfortable, and on a main road a short walk from Canterbury West station and the city centre. The garden backs onto the river, and there is a very attractive river walk. We would definitely stay there again.

Maurice was a great host, easy to contact and deal with. The "Tiny house" is indeed small but it is also well presented and very comfortable. Also spotlessly clean. Only one small improvement that we would suggest would be a mirror near a socket so that the ladies or gents can dry/straighten hair etc. Otherwise perfect for our requirements. Thank you

Oh what a great place to stay. Within easy walking distance to all the touristy things that need to be done, grocery stores and supermarket (Aldi). We never drove the car anywhere from its private parking spot, avoiding the chat and hassle of parking in town. One of the best appointed Airbnb’s we have stayed in so far.

Reviewing on behalf of my son Will- they were delighted with Helen’s place. All as described, great inside, good location and on street parking- in Whitstable, a real bonus! Helen shared a lovely pub recommendation which they enjoyed, responded quickly and was very helpful with arranging check in as convenient. Helen also retrieved a very eagerly anticipated artisan brownie for them that had got left behind!😊

I was so impressed with this apartment, it was spotless, well located, fantastic sea view! It’s a short walk from the station, on the sea front. The kitchen is well equipped and there was ice in the freezer! Highly recommend.

Lisa’s place was incredibly clean and very close to all the touristy bits! It was easy to find and only a 20 minute walk from the train station. Lisa provided us with all the promised amenities and if I visit Canterbury again, I’d be sure to stay at her place!

The location was perfect- you can see the sea perfectly and the place was super modern and once inside it has a feeling of luxury! Parking a little tricky, but it was free once we found somewhere and the front door wasn’t the easiest to get into but 2 super minor points as this really was such a perfect place to stay? The location was ideal for us! The bed was really comfy, beautiful kitchen and open plan living and the bathroom was WOW! Thanks for such a lovely stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Bellevue and would definitely stay again. The property is beautiful and well equipped a stones throw away from the beach which both of our daughters loved. Angela was a fantastic host who had great communication. Thank you for a lovely stay and we can’t wait to return

This is a great place to stay for a short break or a working visit to Margate. Everything I needed for my stay in a nice location close to the seafront.Will definitely be back.

We had a lovely time at our stay in Folkestone. Dean’s place was so welcoming and wonderful - it felt like home! Dean himself is an amazing host. He was so communicative and accommodating at every step. The place was very clean, cosy, and well maintained and we would love to visit again!

The apartment was very comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The wood-burning stove and the terrace with its peaceful view were definite highlights.

The location is perfect and access to the harbour really easy. It was the perfect short break and we would absolutely come back if we can!
