Brindle Studio

You will love this self contained studio which is sunny in summer yet cosy in winter. Brindle studio has two private outside seating areas. One sunny courtyard garden and one cosy undercover area. Brindle studio has its own private entrance .The studio is attached to our home ( So some noise at times maybe heard ) although the adjoining door is locked giving you a private area. We have designed brindle studio to give you a feeling of security to enable you to have a relaxing time in Norfolk.

The annexe has private access and offers a double bed, kitchen, smart TV, modern furniture, electric radiators and ensuite.

Marsh Cottage is a rustic and secluded little house overlooking the RSPB marshes bordering the River Yare and is in the perfect location for those wanting to relax and unwind whatever the season. This peaceful hideaway was once the home of the Marshman who tended to the cattle grazing on the marshes. Perfect for walkers, Birdwatchers and nature lovers and those who love walking their dogs. Riverside pub is only a 10 minute walk away along the boardwalk and footpaths. Fully fenced garden.

Capel House Annexe

Capel House Annexe is a modern, completely self contained annexe, with own kitchen, lounge, master bedroom and shower/wet room. It has a balcony with view over garden and woodland beyond - not overlooked by main property or others. Situated in Claxton, just 6 miles SE of Norwich, its a quiet village, about 3/4 mile from the River Yare with great walking right on the doorstep - quick and easy access straight onto the marshes and Wherrymans way. This is an ideal quiet getaway from it all location offering peace and tranquility with walks from the door on Wherryman's Way and cycling on the National Route 1, fishing on the river Yare and easy accessibility to Norwich, the coast and beyond.

Number 20 is found in Thurton, within reach of Norwich, the Norfolk Broads and the coastline. Staying put is just as enjoyable! If you love being outside the country lanes and public footpaths that run through the active farmland make for some lovely walks. Or sit tight, stoke the fire and get cosy.

A pretty detached single storey holiday lodge, with a private garden. The lodge is cosy, self-contained and tastefully furnished. Adjacent to our property Meadow Cottage, situated right in the heart of Loddon, a small market town on the river Chet. Dogs welcome. Please note we have some low beams in the property and parking is in the Loddon Staith car park at a rate of £3 per day, free after 6pm on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
