The patio house is the result of a dream. Located next to the pool in the courtyard of the main house, it consists of two rooms. In the beautiful entrance there is a huge dressing room. From there, you will access an open space in which you will not find anything missing. 2 terraces for your exclusive use The pool, barbecue, solarium, and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, my family may also coincide, always respecting the privacy of guests.

We offer you to stay in a rural setting where you can enjoy spectacular views while taking a dip in the pool. The place is very quiet and the loft has just been renovated, maintaining the rustic and practical essence at the same time. It has a ground floor with direct access to the patio with kitchen, bathroom and living room and an open first floor with a double bed. The patio is ideal for having breakfast or dinner in the fresh air. The pool is shared with us.

Casa la Vinya is our cozy house with swimming pool and sauna in which we live and rent the 2 apartments on the lower floor. The villa is located on a sunny hill of Sant Feliu de Guixols, Costa Brava, Spain. Our unique location is within minutes walking distance of the cozy city center and the clear bays with rock and sandy beaches. New! We also rent a sauna to our guests! Final cleaning, bed linen and towels for the bathroom are included in the price.

Situada en una de les millors Cales Pescadores de la Costa Brava en mig d’una pineda elevada i a 7 minuts caminant de la Platja per uns trams llargs d’escaletes de pedra que la connecten directament amb el poble.

Al cor de Caldes de Malavella, Mas Figueres (1687) t’acull amb l’encant d’una masia catalana on el temps s’atura. Pedra, fusta i natura es fonen en harmonia per oferir-te calma i bellesa. Jardí privat, barbacoa, forn de llenya i animals que donen vida a l’entorn. A prop de la Costa Brava, és el lloc perfecte per redescobrir el plaer de la senzillesa i el silenci.
