Holiday rentals with lake access in Cap d'Agde

We were very well received by Catou, friendly and attentive. The most, the little things that Catou makes available (wine, jams...) and the sheets and towels provided and included in the price. For a short Pentecost weekend it was very nice. We recommend it!😊

Sylvaine's apartment is as described and very comfortable with its 3 bedrooms separate from the living area and its veranda. it is well located in a quiet cul-de-sac and a numbered location for the car. The welcome by Sylvaine's mother, who handed over the keys, was very friendly. We recommend eyes closed.

Ideal home for family vacations! Very well equipped for young and old, nice decor, bright house with spaces suitable for 10/12 people. Pleasant exteriors with space. Beautiful view of the pond and surroundings (splendid sunsets!) Safety at the pool, which is completely separate but still a little cool (due to cold wind and capricious weather) Recommended!

Isabelle welcomed us extremely warmly, flexible and helpful. She was always available for questions and responded lightning fast. The surroundings were simply fantastic – a beautiful historic city where you feel like you're on a journey back in time. Thanks to Isabelle and Nathalie for the great stay!

Difficult communication with the person who gives the keys, but it quickly returned to normal and ended with a very friendly meeting we had a pleasant stay the house was the same as the description clean, very well-equipped and quiet to recommend

Very nice rental, excellent for a person with reduced mobility. All are on the same level. All are in very good condition and good quality bedding.

We had a wonderful week in Sète! The apartment was perfect - beautiful, well-equipped and centrally located. Although we didn't actually meet him, Michael was a great and generous host: there was a lovely bottle of rosé chilling for us in the fridge and the coffee machine was fully beaned-up - thank you! The town itself is gorgeous and very well connected - we explored the area using public transport: buses are frequent and on time! Not sure how easy it would have been to park had we traveled by car. We visited a number of beaches, all of them stunning and hired bikes to cycle to Marseillan. There was so much to do, a week certainly wasn't long enough! We hope to visit again soon - Sète is our new favourite place!

A short, timeless weekend in a beautiful setting by the Etang de Thau. Accommodation too cute and super equipped. Very good welcome from Thierry, who had taken care to air-condition the accommodation before our arrival and who recommended good "tested and approved" restaurants. Very nice environment. The accommodation is consistent with the photos and tastefully decorated. It feels great for a romantic weekend in nature. Lots of things to do nearby. A very pleasant calm. And a special mention for Berlioz, who we really fell in love with. If he has gained weight, we apologize, but he is so cute. We loved our stay and will come back. Very kind and discreet host despite the proximity of their home. Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect.

We had a great time. The environment was perfect, Gabby has a world that puts you right in the atmosphere of the holidays. The accommodation is just perfect, a cozy little nest where it feels good. The house had recently been refurbished to a very high standard. We felt very welcome there, with excellent stocks of essential supplies. We would not hesitate to book another stay there.

Sylvie was a really great host! We did not met her in person but everything was organized so well. The house and garden are great. We actually did not use the full space of the house because the garden is a great place to have a barbecue, just relax in the outdoor chairs or we brought our own hammock which we hang between the trees. There are a lot of moskitos but in the house there are nets, so no blame to Sylvie this is great!

What to say about this place: magnificent view, serenity assured, de-stressing, relaxing, very functional. It lacks nothing. This magnificent cottage can only push us to come back. Marie Christine and Jean Robert's attentions are a pleasure. From the bottle of wine, to the bottles of water. Everything is designed to welcome us in great conditions. A little pinch in the heart when we left...with the desire to memorize this breathtaking view of the Thau pond. Thank you so much to our hosts for sharing this peaceful haven with us.

Beautiful square. Admiring sunrise over the lagoon right from the bed, just a few steps to the sandy beach or even to the town square. Perfect! However, due to the location, there is also quite a bit of noise!
