Beachfront holiday rental in Cap-d'Ail

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

Excellent accommodation, very warm and responsive hosts. The location is ideal, there is a supermarket, cafes, restaurants, a great beach nearby. The house has everything for a super-comfortable life. Everything is very high quality and well organized.

Our stay at Nice’s place was an absolute joy! Nice has been one of the most responsive and friendly host that I’ve ever meet. You can tell that he really cares for the space, and its guests. The location of this space is ideal. You’re away from the hustle and bustle of Old Nice, but just a quick (and I mean quick) tram ride into town. Most nights we would take the tram into town and walk back. The beach is just a stones throw from the space too. Nice had all of the amenities you’d need for a beach day: chairs, towels, and an umbrella! You can’t beat it. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to friends.

Jasmin's place was just perfect! wonderful location just a few steps from town. the view from the balcony is lovely. the place was very clean and beautifully decorated. and brian was a fabulous communicator with quick responses to any questions i had. i would highly recommend staying here!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. La vue est magnifique, coucher de soleil, levé du soleil, nuit étoilée, petit déjeuner sur le balcon avec vue sur mer. Il ne manquait rien, cuisine bien équipée et logement paisible. Nous avons hâte de revenir !

Lovely stylish and comfortable loft style apartment in the heart of the Old Town. Couldn’t be closer to restaurants and the beach. Historic building and very central location so certain compromises necessary (eg no lift so few flights of stairs to negotiate and bit of late evening noise from outside) but that’s all made clear in the property description and not really a big deal. Clear comprehensive and speedy communication from host Therese at all times.

Le Loft est tres bien placé, à proximité de restaurants, boulangerie et supermarché. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture, Royal! De plus, Bravo car tout équipé, cela faisait longtemps qu'on n'avait pas eu un appartement avec autant d'équipement à disposition ! Kevin est super, bel accueil, plein d'explication et des recommandations.., très flexible et très réactif, on sent qu'il tient à ce que ces clients soient au petit soin et c'est top ! On retient l'adresse et on reviendra avec plaisir !

We really enjoyed our time at Sylvie’s villa. The villa was clean and had plenty of space. The beds were comfortable, the shower was pleasant and it has all the utensils we needed. We were checked in my Sylvie’s neighbour who was very friendly and helpful. Sylvie was always quick to reply to messages if we had any questions. The view is stunning from the villa. The bus to Monaco is at the bottom of the steps and only took 10mins. It’s a 10min walk down to the train station (we would have struggled to walk up the hill with suitcases so we got an Uber). It is an easy walk of about 15 minutes to the supermarket. We walked up the hill to the old village and castle. It is a very steep walk but worth it. We are at the Italian which was lovely. They were also great with children. We would definitely stay again!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, bestens ausgestattet und perfekt gelegen. Der atemberaubende Meerblick hat jeden Moment besonders gemacht. Unser Gastgeber war sehr gastfreundlich und aufmerksam und stellte sicher, dass wir alles hatten, was wir brauchten. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen. The view is incredible!! Peaceful area as well. There’s paid parking right outside the building which was super convenient. Everything was walkable. Check-in and checkout was super easy. Would definitely stay again!

This Airbnb surpassed all expectations! The garden is designed like a fairy tale paradise, with hydrangeas and lush trees artfully arranged—every corner is worthy. The 180-degree floor-to-ceiling ocean views are breathtaking, waking up to the soothing sound of waves in the morning and falling asleep under the glow of sunset in the evening. It was the perfect finale to our island getaway.

Lovely stay at Delphines Airbnb. Perfect host, quick to respond to any questions about our stay, accessible enough area to the beach front, shops and restaurants as well as a short walk to the tram stop to take us into Old Nice.

Wow, Villefranche exceeded my expectations as did Ilia’s hospitality! The apartment is clean and beautiful, with stunning views throughout. Ilja gave us many helpful tips so we felt right at home in Villefranche. We walked everywhere, and Ubers were easy to call if our feet were too tired. The restaurants, waterfront, and exploring is excellent! We didn’t want to stay in busy Nice, and are so so glad we chose Villefranche! We hope to return!!

If you have the opportunity to stay at Sun Bay House you are truly lucky. Philippe has created a beautiful oasis right in the middle of Villefranche-sur-Mer. He is an unbelievable host - the space is pristine and he has thought of every last detail. He gave us amazing recommendations for the area and we absolutely loved talking with him. We left feeling like we were leaving an old friend. We were torn between wanting to sight see around town but also not wanting to leave this beautiful property. Thank you Philippe for making our stay so perfect and special - the best way to end our honeymoon.

I honestly can’t say anything was wrong with this place! We loved Seb’s apartment, it has everything you need and it’s so nice to be close to the beach. Not only that, but the view is amazing! Seb is an excellent host, super responsive, and has great recommendations!

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. Yona nous a très bien accueilli . Le logement correspondait à nos attentes., avec une belle attention de la part de Yona, des fruits et de la boisson. Le logement est proche de la mer et des transports en commun ce qui est un plus.

I want with my Wife for Anniversary and the space was even better than the pictures. Form the 360 ocean views to the hikes you can do across the city. This place is spectacular. I highly recommend.

The view alone makes this place worth it. It will take your breath away. The unit has everything one would need to make a small breakfast or small meal and coffee on the terrace was spectacular. It was clean upon arrival. Location was great as we used it as a hub to get to the F1 events. While I researched Menton I didn’t know it was just a short walk away. It is such a beautiful quaint city we loved it. Don’t forget the old town of Roquebrune it was my favorite. We would consider coming back to this apartment.

Super hôtes ! très accueillants et prévenants. Merci Elaine et Rutger . La maison est très chaleureuse et a beaucoup de cachet. La vue sur la mer est sublime. Une pépite dans un magnifique jardin, où l'on entends les oiseaux chantés. Les couchages sont de qualités, la cuisine est très bien équipée. Tout est fidèle aux photos. Il n'y a pas de perte d'espace. Les accès à la mer sont directs (en 3 minutes) et à la gare aussi. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Nous n'avons pas eu besoin de la voiture durant tout le séjour. Bravo !

I had a truly wonderful stay at this lovely Èze apartment. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed by Vicki & Alain. They had been friendly and attentive hosts, who clearly put a lot of heart into making their guests feel at home. The apartment itself is beautifully maintained and radiates a cozy, inviting atmosphere. It’s spotlessly clean and thoughtfully furnished, with everything you could possibly need – nothing was missing! Whether you’re cooking, relaxing, or simply unwinding, the well-equipped amenities leave no wish unfulfilled. A true highlight is the stunning terrace with its breathtaking sea view, the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset. It’s hard to imagine a more relaxing and scenic place to spend your holiday. I really felt at home and enjoyed my time. I would come back in a heartbeat – highly recommended! Great apartment with amazing view. Very clean, modern and equipped with everything you need. A beautiful beach with restaurant is just below. A real little paradise to enjoy in an ideal location. The environment is very peaceful and ideal for rest. I recommend Uber for translation to nearby places. Laura is wonderful and I have all the recommendations for this apartment. We will definitely come again!
