La Petite Eze is a 20 m² cottage located in the heights of Eze by the sea. You will be seduced by its picturesque charm. The bedroom and kitchen overlook a lovely private garden with flowers and sea views. Below the house, a 10-minute walk away, is the very well-served Eze train station, the train will allow you to discover the beautiful landscapes of the region. You can also access the house by car, it's very easy to park around the house.

The elevator at the Les Salines parking lot makes it easy to walk to Monaco or the beaches (we recommend the Sentier des Douaniers trail!). The beautiful beach of La Mala is a 35min walk away. Ideally located between Nice and Menton.
