Villa holiday rentals in Cap d'Antibes

The place: situated on a hill some 30 mins away from Nice the house offers a great base to explore the Riviera. It is home away from home- the kitchen was fully equipped so we could comfortably prepare own meals: oven, microwave, dishwasher water boiler, milk frother and a Nespresso machine top the experience. The place has no A/C but ceiling ventilators make up for that. It is situated on two floors with staircase that has a safety door so no problems if you come with small kids like we did. The house is perfect for a long stay as it has a washer and a dryer, fast internet, a big screen smart TV situated in its own TV room with a huge coach that can host your entire family for movie nights. There is a BBQ in the yard and some 4 dining tables to choose from: 3 outdoors and 1 indoors. The bedrooms were comfortable with enough storage space for your clothes, linen bedding and bathroom facilities to all bedrooms. Swimming pool maintained by the host twice per week was greatly appreciated

Catherine and Thierry have a wonderful family home that was perfect for a vacation with our friends and children. Very kid friendly home equipped with high chairs, cots, toys, baby bathtub, pool alarm and gate, you name it! We really enjoyed our time and would definitely stay again in the future. Only thing to keep in mind is cell phone service and WiFi is not strong which makes it the perfect place to disconnect on holiday! Thanks for a great time!

Toppenfin hus med fin takterrass o bra läge nära hamnen. Vi uppskattade även att det var 3 duschrum. Värden Mikael har varit mycket kommunikativ och hjälpsam: Både med fina tips på utflykter o restauranger i närområdet samt med praktiska detaljer. Vi kan verkligen varmt rekommendera detta boende.

Meitä oli 8 hengen seurue, joista 2 oli lapsia. Viihdyimme kaikki todella hyvin. Kaunis paikka ja upeat näkymät. Todella siistiä ja keittiössä oli kattava astiasto. Nautimme lomastamme todella paljon. Talossa ehkä pienenä miinuksena (mikä ei todellakaan vaikuta kokonaisarvosteluun) oli hiukan hassusti sijoitetut vessat. Jokaisella makuuhuoneella oli oma kylpyhuone, mutta vain yhdessä niistä oli wc. Lisäksi talossa oli kaksi erillistä wc:tä, joten määrä oli kyllä riittävä, mutta sijoittelu tuntui hieman oudolta. Kylpyhuonessa piti myös huolehtia riittävästä tuulettamisesta, ettei ilma mennyt ummehtuneeksi. Tämä lienee enemmän paikallinen rakennustapa, joka poikkeaa pohjoismaisesta tyylistä. Lisäksi jos olet herkkä äänille, niin on hyvä tietää, että viereisen tien melu kuuluu vähän. Meitä tämä ei haitannut. Todella hieno paikka ja ystävälliset, mutta omaa rauhaa antavat majoittajat. Suosittelen ehdottomasti tätä paikkaa. Loma oli täydellinen.

Thank you very much for the wonderful time at your terrific villa. This place exceeded our expectations: it is highly equipped, modern, beautiful, and cozy. The view and the garden are just stunning. We were choosing among several other villas, and we were definitely lucky to stay here. You truly feel at home. Every detail in this place is filled with great attention, soul, and love. The only small point was with the heated pool — although we paid for it in cash, the water (including at the supply holes) remained chilly, so we couldn’t tell or proof if it was actually heated. Other than that, it’s really impressive how well you take care of this villa. We were two families, six people in total, and a small dog. The direct access from the bedrooms to the garden was a perfect feature for our little fluffy friend. Thanks once again for your hospitality and thanks a lot for making our stay so enjoyable! 🤗

This was one of the best AirBnb apartments we stayed at so far. Wonderful view to the sea and mountains. Just a short walk to beaches and other beaches in 5 minutes driving distance. Jean Jacques was always reachable and was there to welcome us on the first day and show us the apartment. We would definitely come back!

This home was a nice and needed respite away from some busy, packed and crowded travel days. We originally had plans to tour the Riviera but ditched them to stay closer to this home and the beaches of Juan les Pins. We rented e-bikes, which made a huge difference in how we could get around. I highly recommend that. This home is fantastic. Plenty of room for the six of us.

Tolle Unterkunft mit einem super Blick über Nizza! Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht um sich sehr wohl zu fühlen, vor allem die separate Küche im Garten ist klasse. Würden definitiv nochmal hin gehen!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The house, the garden, the location - everything was perfect for us. We wanted the relaxation and serenity and this villa matched that perfectly. Everything is so beautifully set up and the house and interior has great character. We loved to be able to play with kids in the garden which is very spacious and gave everyone great family moments. The location was great to take day trips to amazing cities. But our favorite is Valbonne village and it is something else - only few minutes walking distance and you are in one of the most beautiful places we have ever seen. When you are there walking these narrow streets, you just want to stay there forever. Wished we could have stayed longer but it gave us great memories, and we are very likely to be back. We miss the view and garden so much already. This is a stunning Airbnb, Amelie is a great host - super quick communication and responded really quickly to a couple of requests. The photos are really accurate but somehow don’t do the villa/views justice. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a lot of steps. The studio is a flight of stairs below road level, bedrooms of the villa one level down, living area and kitchen another level down and pool another flight of stairs down. We really look forward to returning.

The house was very homey and comfortable the projector was very fun for me and my family the two dishwashers was also very helpful for my large family. The property management team was also very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. They even provided stamps for my family. It was overall a very good stay and a very comfortable experience.

Renee's villa is absolutely beautiful: the location, the amenities, the gardens and outdoor areas, pool and privacy were all superb. There was a major power outage in Southern France while we were there and we were well prepared with the candles and flashlights provided in the villa. The proximity to the surrounding beautiful small villages as well as the Mediterranean coastal towns of Nice, Antibes, Eze, etc. provides a wide choice of sight-seeing, restaurants, grocery stores, hiking, beaches, history and art. I would suggest all renters read her book of instructions and suggestions thoroughly at the start of their stay, as there is important information to make your stay more comfortable and without problems.

Séjour d’exception à la Villa La Cabane: cadre idéal en bord de mer, logement parfaitement équipé et propre, et Laurent & Ana sont très accueillants, nous avons hâte de revenir !

Talo on kaunis ja toimia 8 aikuisen ja yhden taaperon lomalle. Keittiö on toimiva, iso ruokapöytä ihana, pesutilat siistit ja uusitut, lämmin vesi ei loppunut kertaakaan, ilmastointi toimi moitteetta joka huoneessa ja sängyt ovat ihanan laadukkaat. Jos jotain pientä korjattavaa on, olisi ollut mukava, jos pihat olisi harjattu tai olisi ollut pihassa harja sitä varten valmiina. En ollut kuvauksesta ymmärtänyt, että talossa on toisessa kerroksessa erillinen asunto. Majoittumisemme aikaan se oli tyhjänä, joten se ei lainkaan haitannut. Täydellinen sijainti, josta kävelee nopeasti rannoille. Annabelle vastasi kysymyksiimme nopeasti ja ystävällisesti. Voisin majoittua tässä talossa uudelleen ja suosittelen kohdetta lämpimästi.

Skønt sted for børn, voksne og bedsteforældre som kan placeres i seperat lille hus😉 Poolen var opvarmet og skøn at bade i selv i april måned. Skønt at spise frokost under oliventræet og aftensmad ved langbordet med grill og udsigt🙌 Kan klart anbefales.

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans ce logement. C’était notre première fois avec Airbnb et nous ne regrettons pas. Un hôte très accueillant, à l’écoute, nous a donné beaucoup de conseils et a toujours été présent en cas de besoin. Concernant la maison tout était parfait, comme dans la description ! Très propre très rangé, tout était nickel. Une maison vraiment magnifique et avec tout le nécessaire. Nous remercions également Greg pour sa confiance ainsi que sa gentillesse. Nous avons étés très bien accueillis. La villa est spacieuse, sympathique et propre. Les enfants ont particulièrement apprécié la piscine. L'emplacement est aussi hyper pratique pour accéder rapidement aux autres localités environnantes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et n'hésiterons pas à recommander ce lieu à nos amis! Enjoyed stay In St Paul de Vence.. The Airbnb is bright and peaceful. In current era of maps on phone the back narrow roads make such Airbnbs an easy option. The house itself had large windows in every room with the eating area and master being the highlights. Travelled with small dog who loved the large yard. The local grocery store Le Clerc a 5 minute drive down the hill was amazing – so we cooked in house and ate al la fresco. Lots of space and Airbnb is fully equipped. Also found the location in St. Paul de Vence ideal -- nice neighborhood -- not too far up the the hill and close to grocery store, large local mall, and up the hill arts and restaurants. Going it is often difficult to judge locations. Thank you to Jean who was available to help with any questions.

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Mougins villa during the Cannes Film Festival, and it truly enhanced our experience. The villa's tranquil setting provided a perfect retreat after the festival's excitement. The check-in process was seamless, and Carole's attention to detail was evident throughout our stay. The spacious layout and pristine pool area offered both comfort and luxury. Being just a short drive from Cannes, the location was ideal for our needs. We wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone seeking a serene yet accessible getaway in the South of France.

La réalité est beaucoup mieux que les photos ! Certains s'en plaindrons, mais la quarantaine de marches, indispensables à l'accès à la maison, se fait vite oublier grâce au point de vue rare, privilégié et hypnotique sur la baie de Villefranche sur Mer, ses eaux claires et les yachts amarrés, sans aucun vis à vis. La maison est redoutablement bien équipée en mobilier, électroménager, ustensiles de cuisines et de salle de bain. Autre chose : 2 places de parking dédiées à la maison, très rares et utile dans la région, qui plus est en haute saison. Le centre ville historique et la plage sont accessibles à pieds en 20mn et prévoir 25 à 30mn pour la remontée. Le bateau est à l'image de la maison, propre, confortable, spacieux et bien équipé Enfin, Jean-Pierre est un hôte remarquable, disponible et attentionné.
