The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

Welcome to the Val Mulet swordfish gîte. Our guest house is located on the first floor of a recent pavilion with independent access and a private garden. On the west coast of Cotentin, our cottage is a 1-kilometer walk from the sea and the supervised beach of Sciotot and close to the village of Pieux. Close to shops and ideally located for water sports, you will find a preserved wilderness area where you can take great walks and hikes along the GR, from the house.

It is conveniently located 200 m from the sea, it is a real joy to enjoy Barneville Plage and its surroundings. Our fully renovated accommodation is on the 2nd floor without elevator access. Entrance, toilet, kitchen/dining area and living room on the first level. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

This home is not suitable for people with reduced mobility

Charming house located in a pedestrian hamlet with parking 50 meters away, self check-in with secure key box, you will be a 10-minute walk from the immense beaches of Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey...). Close to the village and shops, 5 minutes by car, you will also have a sports field as well as 2 tennis courts. The GR223 passes at the end of the path, for hikes or walks in a protected site. Perfect location to unwind!
