Karin was the best host! Not only took she care of the arrival of friends of mine who came in the middle of the night on a sunday but she also helped us to organize a vet when my dog got sick. She always reacted immediately when I texted her, gave us good recommendations about restaurants (in the area as well as in Perugia) and organized an amazing cooking class for us. We really felt like we were at home and the athmosphere at the house, the beautiful park and pool area was so relaxing. As soon as one enters this house it feels like you are in another world and you can just forget your everyday life. Thank you so much for everything Karin, we will be back!!

We love the accommodation! The house is very good, spacious, it is in a very beautiful countryside location and close to the city. To our grateful surprise, there was air conditioning in the living room and in the bedrooms, which helped us a lot with the heat in the region. Our family was very well accommodated and we enjoyed it a lot!

Apartment located in a panoramic position, large terrace with splendid view of the Corciano hill. Private and covered parking space, in addition to condominium parking. The accommodation is very close to the highway junction, perfect for excursions, especially in the direction of Lake Trasimeno and in all directions. Iperconad hypermarket with adjoining fuel station (one of the cheapest in the area) in the immediate vicinity. For me, a real strength. Clean, bright and well furnished apartment, with taste. Spacious living room and very comfortable bedroom. Anastasiia is a very courteous person and attentive to the needs of guests. To the question: "Would you take it back?" Such a cute apartment. It has all of the things you need for a comfortable stay. It was stocked with plenty of linens, and was very clean. The location was great. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and the lake. The apartment had a lovely view. Christian was very nice, and communicative. He checked in regularly to be sure I was comfortable and happy. He always responded quickly and was a pleasure to speak to. He met me personally to check in and explained everything about the apartment, and gave recommendations of things to do around. He is an excellent host.
